تصور مقترح لمنظمات المجتمع المدني لتنمية قدرات الموهوبين في المجتمع المصري

تحرص مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية کمهنة داخل منظمات المجتمع المدني لتفعيل دورها نحو رعاية الموهبة والموهوبين والتي تؤکد العديد من الکتابات والدراسات العلمية على منظمات المجتمع المدني من أهم المؤسسات التي تحرص على تقديم کافة الخدمات والرعاية لکافة فئات المجتمع وخاصة فئة الموهوبين من خلال الترکيز على البرامج الخاصة برعايتهم واکتشاف قدراتهم وإمکاناتهم واحتياجاتهم .
  وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات احتياجات منظمات المجتمع المدني لتنمية قدرات الموهوبين ، مع وضع تصور مقترح من منظور تنظيم المجتمع لتنمية قدرات الموهوبين بمنظمات المجتمع المدني
أما عن الإجراءات المنهجية للدارسة -نوع الدراسة: دراسة وصفية تحليلية والمنهج المستخدم من خلال المسح الاجتماعي أما أداة الدراسة فقد تمثلت في استمارة استبيان للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والعاملين بالجمعية المصرية لرعاية الموهوبين والمتفوقين وعددهم (78) مفردة.
   وقد أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة توفير أخصائيين اجتماعيين بمنظمات المجتمع المدني متخصص في مجال الموهبة ينمي الثقة بالنفس لدى الموهوب، ويعزز تقديره لذاته، ويدربه على مواجهة التحديات الشخصية التي يواجهها ويساعده على التکيف مع نفسه ومع الآخرين

As for the methodological procedures of the study - type of study: a descriptive analytical study and the method used through social survey The study tool was a questionnaire for social workers and workers of the Egyptian Association for the Gifted and Outstanding (78) singles.
   The study recommended the need to provide social workers in civil society organizations specializing in the field of talent that develops self-confidence in the talented, and enhance his self-esteem, and train him to face the personal challenges he faces and help him to adapt to himself and others
