تطبيق معايير الحوکمة في جامعة الفيوم کمتطلب لتحقيق الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي

      استهدفت الدراسة قياس درجة تطبيق الحوکمة في جامعة الفيوم کمتطلب للجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي معتمدة في ذلک علي مقياس حوکمة الجامعات العربية الذي کيفه وطورة محمد علي إبراهيم العامري في بحثة المعنون (الحوکمة والمخاطر السياسية : إطار نظري معرفي مع تکييف مقياس عالمي لأغراض حوکمة الجامعات العربية کأداة رئيسية للحصول على البيانات اللازمة  لتحديد درجة تطبيق معايير الحوکمة في جامعة الفيوم ، اعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لثمانية کليات والمسح الشامل لجميع القيادات الإدارية الأکاديمية بالکليات المختارة بلغ حجمها (77) مفردة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن جامعة الفيوم تطبق معايير الحوکمة بدرجة جيدة علي درجات مقياس الحوکمة المستخدم وکانت نسبتها 64% حيث جظي معيار المساءلة علي أعلي درجة يليه معيار الوعي الاجتماعية فالإنصاف ثم المسؤولية وأخيرا الاستقلالية ، وأوصت الدراسة ببذل الجهود للوصول بالحوکمة في جامعة الفيوم إلي الدرجة العالية باعتبارها من الدعائم الأساسية في خطتها الاستراتيجية الأولي 2016/2021.

Applying governance standards at Fayoum University as a reqirement for achieving quality and academic accreditation
Summary                                                                      e The study aimed to measure the degree of application of governance at Fayoum University as a requirement for quality and academic accreditation, based on that on the scale of governance of Arab universities, which was adapted and developed by Muhammad Ali Ibrahim Al-Amiri in his research entitled (Governance and Political Risks: A Theoretical Knowledge Frame with Adaptation of a Global Scale for Governance of Arab Universities as a Main Tool for Obtaining On the  necessary data to determine the degree of application of the standards of governance at Fayoum University, the study relied on a social survey method for a sample of eight faculties and a comprehensive survey of all academic administrative leaders in the chosen faculties with  (77) samples, and the study declares that It is based on the fact that Fayoum University applies the criteria of good governance to the degrees of the governance scale used and was 64%, where the accountability standard came at the highest level followed by the criterion of social awareness, then equity and responsibility, and independence.on the other hand, the study recommended that efforts be made to bring governance in Fayoum University to a high degree as one of the The mainstays of its first strategic   plan     2016/2021
