فاعلية خدمات الرعاية الصحية في برنامج الحماية الاجتماعية للمعاقين جسمياً

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي الوقوف علي فاعلية خدمات الرعاية الصحية في برنامج الحماية الاجتماعية للمعاقين جسميا. قام الباحث باختيار عينة الدراسة من المعاقين جسميا المسجلين لدي الشؤون الاجتماعية بمحافظة الفيوم باستخدام معادلة الحجم الامثل لستيفن ثامبسون و عددهم (347) معاق کما قام باختيار عينة من الخبراء في مجال الحماية الاجتماعية من أساتذه کلية الخدمة الاجتماعية و المسئولين بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي في مجال الحماية الاجتماعية و عددهم (15) من الخبراء. قام الباحث باستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة. کما قام الباحث بتصميم دليل مقابلة للخبراء و مقياس الحماية الاجتماعية للمعاقين جسميًا وتم تحکيمهما من قبل مجموعة من المختصين و قد استغرقت فترة جمع البيانات ثلاثة أشهر و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان المعاقين جسميا لا يتمتعون بقدر کاف بحق الحصول علي خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية في المجال الصحي.
ABSTRACT
   The aim of the current study was to investigate the effectiveness of social protection program for the physically disabled. A sample of (347) physically disabled persons was selected from Social Affairs Office in Fayoum governorate according to Steven Thompson’s Optimum Sample Size equationand a sample of (15) experts including professors at the faculty of Social Work and officials at the Ministry of Solidarity in social protection field was selected for the study. The researcher combined both quantitative and qualitative methods. The social survey sampling method was used to collect the data. An interview guide for the experts and a social protection scale for the physically disabled were designed and validated by a jury of specialists. The data was collected for the study within a period of three months. The study results showed that the physically disabled don’t enjoy sufficient access to comprehensive social protection.
