دور الجمعيات الأهلية في التمکين الاقتصادي للمرأة

يُعتبر التمکين الاقتصادي للمرأة المصرية من أهم قضايا الدولة المصرية وعلى الرغم من الجهود المبذولة لتمکين المرأة اقتصادياً إلا إن هناک العديد من التحديات التى تحول دون تحقيق ذلک،وعليه اتجهت الجمعيات الأهلية لتبني مفهوم تمکين المرأة کأحدي الاستيراتيجيات التى تستهدف تنمية المرأة اقتصادياً لکي تصبح اکثر اعتماداً علي نفسها.
ويستهدف البحث التعرف على دور الجمعيات الأهلية في التمکين الاقتصادى للمرأة وذلک من خلال تطبيق استمارة استبار على عينة من المستفيدات من الخدمات الاقتصادية بالجمعيات الأهلية واستمارة استبيان على القائمين على تقديم تلک الخدمات بالجمعيات بمحافظة الفيوم والتي تعتبر من أفقر محافظات مصر طبقاً لبيانات أخر تقارير لللتنمية البشرية، وخلصت الباحثة من نتائج التحليل النظري والميداني إلى أنه بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة إلا أن الأمر مازال يحتاج إلى مزيد من التنسيق لمواجهة العقبات التى تعيق تمکين المرأة اقتصادياً  .هذا ما يدعي إلي المزيد من الجهد واتخاذ بعض التدابير والإجراءات، وصولا منها إلي تحقيق التمکين الاقتصادى للمرأة.
The economic empowerment of Egyptian women is one of the most important issues of the Egyptian state. In spite of the efforts exerted to empower women economically, there are many challenges that prevent this from happening. Therefore, NGOs have tended to adopt the concept of empowering women as one of the strategies that aims at developing women economically. Itself.
The study aims to identify the role of NGOs in the economic empowerment of women by applying a questionnaire to a sample of beneficiaries of economic services in NGOs and a questionnaire questionnaire on those providing services in associations in Fayoum governorate, which is considered one of the poorest governorates in Egypt, The researcher concluded from the results of the theoretical and field analysis that despite the efforts exerted, it is still necessary to coordinate more to face the obstacles that impede the economic empowerment of women. This is what calls for more effort and taking some Measures and procedures, leading them to achieve economic empowerment of women.
