الاحتياجات المهارية اللازمة لاستخدام الإرشاد الأسري لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمکاتب تسوية النزاعات الأسرية

يشکل الإرشاد الأسرى أحد أهم التخصصات المهنية ذات التعامل المباشر مع القضايا والمشکلات الأسرية التي تمس حياة الأفراد, وبالتالي تتطلب طبيعة هذا العمل معرفة علمية کافية وفنيات وأساليب عالية لتحقيق أقصى فاعلية, بحيث يتصف المرشد الأسرى بالخبرة والخلفية العلمية الشاملة والمتطورة التي تضمن نجاح وفاعلية قدرته على مساعدة الأفراد والأسر في حل مشکلاتهم وتحقيق الاستقرار والتوافق والتکيف في حياتهم، وحتى يتسنى للمرشد الأسرى تحقيق القدر الملائم من الکفاية المهنية ومواکبة التطورات العلمية والمهنية.
لذلک هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى: "تحديد الاحتياجات المهارية اللازمة لتنمية مهارات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لاستخدام الإرشاد الأسرىمع حالات النزاعات الزواجية", وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات "الوصفية التحليلية", وقد استندت الباحثة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لعينة من "الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمکاتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية, وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تزويد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بکل ما هو جديد من أساليب ومهارات التعامل مع حالات النزاعات الأسرية، من خلال عمل دورات تدريبية وورش عمل وحضور مؤتمرات علمية بهذا.

This study aimed at "identifying the skills needed to develop the skills of social workers to use family counseling in cases of marital disputes.", This study belongs to the pattern of "descriptive and analytical" studies. Where the researcher relied on the social survey method in a sample of a sample of "social workers working in family dispute settlement offices". The results of the study reached to provide social workers with all the new methods and skills for dealing with cases of family disputes, through training courses and workshops and attending scientific conferences in this.
