جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة للشباب بجامعة الکويت

أولاً : مشکلةالدراسة :- يعتبر الشباب الجامعي بما لديه من معارف علميه وقدره على التفکير والإدراک السليم فهو بذلک يمثل فئة من فئات المجتمع الذين يقع عليهم مسئولية نماء وتنمية المجتمع ، وعلى هذا فإن الجهود التى تبذل لرعاية الشباب بالجامعات يجب أن تؤدى فى النهاية إلى تحقيق جودة عالية، وهذا يتطلب الاهتمام بدراسات جودة تلک الخدمات لزيادة فاعليتها وکفاءتها للشباب .
ثانياً : أهدافالدراسة : تتحدد أهداف الدراسة فى تحديد واقع خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة للشباب بجامعة الکويت ، تحديد واقع تطبيق جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بجامعة الکويت .
ثالثاً : تساؤلات الدراسة :-
1-  ما هو واقع خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة للشباب بجامعة الکويت ؟
2-  ما هو واقع تطبيق جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بجامعة الکويت ؟
رابعاً : نتائجالدراسة :- توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج وهى :
أن أفضل خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية التى تقدمها جامعة الکويت للشباب هى الخدمات الصحية ، وذلک بسبب أنها أهم شئ يهتم بها الانسان ، بينما الخدمات العلمية والبحثية لا تحظى بإهتمام کبير من الجامعة على الرغم من ان العلم والبحث هما الأساس الذى تتم من أجله انشاء الجامعة ، کذلک توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجامعة تحتاج لتحسين الجودة فى خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية التى تقدمها للشباب ، وذلک بسبب المعوقات التى تحول دون تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة للشباب بالجامعة ، وتم التوصل إلى مؤشرات تخطيطية لتفعيل جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة للشباب بجامعة الکويت.
 
First: The study problem: - University youth is considered with its scientific knowledge and its ability to think and sound awareness, as it represents a class of society who are responsible for the growth and development of society, and accordingly, the efforts made to care for youth in universities must ultimately lead to achieving High quality, and this requires attention to quality studies of these services to increase their effectiveness and efficiency for youth.
Second: Study Objectives: The objectives of the study are determined in determining the reality of social care services provided to youth at Kuwait University, determining the reality of implementing the quality of social care services at Kuwait University.
Third: Study questions: 1-What is the reality of social care services provided to youth at Kuwait University?- 2-What is the reality of applying the quality of social care services at Kuwait University?
  Fourth: The results of the study: - The best social welfare services provided by Kuwait University for Youth are health services, because it is the most important thing that people care about, while scientific and research services do not receive much attention from the university, although science and research are the basis for the establishment of the university, as well. The study indicates that the university needs to improve the quality of social care services that it provides to youth, due to the obstacles that prevent improving the quality of social care services provided to youth at the university.
