متطلبات جودة الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بدور رعاية المسنين

ونظراً لأن الخدمة الإجتماعية هدفها هو الأخصائي الإجتماعي وإعداده المهني إعداداً جيداً يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل ،ولذا فقد حظي الأداء المهني إهتمام کبير من کافة المتخصصين في الخدمة الإجتماعية لمواکبة المتغيرات المجتمعية التي يتعرض لها المجتمع ،وهو ما جعل الکثيرين يحاولون تطبيق برامج تدريبية على الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين لرفع مستوي أدائهم، والتعرف علي علاقة هذه البرامج بالأداء المهني ومدي تأثيره عليها.
وفي ضوء ما تقدم عليه القول بأن الأداء المهني يحتاج إلي تحسين وتطوير مستمر وخاصة في ظل التغيرات الهائلة ويعتبر مفهوم متطلبات تحسين جودة الأداء المهنى أحد أحدث المفاهيم عصرية في کل من العلوم الإنسانية بشکل عام، والخدمة الاجتماعية على وجه الخصوص.ولقد جاء الهدف من هذه الدراسة في تحديد متطلبات تحسين جودة الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بدور رعاية المسنين . وتتضمن مجتمع الدراسة  (ن = 15) من الخبراء والأکاديمين بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة حلوان والفيوم وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي ضرورة وجود متطلبات لتحسين جودة الأداء المهنى وتحددت أهم تلک المتطلبات فى(دورات تدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للتدريب على النماذج الحديثة، تبادل الخبرات بين الأخصائيين الإجتماعيين عن طريقة ورش العمل، الخبرة في کسب ثقة المسنين، تطوير الجوانب المعرفية)

Summary of the study:
Given that the goal of social service is the social worker and his professional preparation well suited to the requirements of the labor market, and therefore, the professional performance has received great attention from all specialists in the social service to keep pace with the societal changes that society is exposed to, which made many people try to apply training programs to social workers to raise The level of their performance, and the relationship of these programs to
professional performance and the extent of its impact on them.
In view of the above has already been said that professional performance needs continuous improvement and development, especially in light of the enormous changes, the concept of requirements for improving the quality of professional performance is considered one of the most modern concepts in both the humanities in general and social service in particular. The aim of this study was to define requirements for improving the quality of professional performance of social workers in working with individual cases in the nursing home. The study community (n = 15) includes experts and academics at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University and Fayoum. The results of the study indicated the necessity of having requirements to improve the quality of professional performance and the most important of those requirements were identified in (training courses for social workers to train on modern models, exchange of experiences between social workers by a method Workshops, experience in gaining the confidence of the elderly, developing knowledge aspects)
