الضغوط الحياتية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمدارس الخاصة وتأثيرها على الرضا الوظيفى لديهم دراسة مطبقة على الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الخاصة بمدينة الفيوم

المدارس الخاصة من أهم المؤسسات التعليمية فى النظام التعليمى، ونستطيع القول أن الخدمة الاجتماعية والتعليم وجهان لعملية واحدة، فکلاهما يسعى إلى رعاية الطلاب من زاوية تخصصية، ويعمل بالمدارس الخاصة بجانب أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومجلس الإدارة الأخصائى الاجتماعى الذى يمارس مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بالمدرسة، حيث يتعرض هؤلاء الأخصائيين إلى مجموعة من العوامل التى تمثل ضغوطًا حياتية ووظيفية وتحديًا للعمل بها مما يؤثر على الرضا الوظيفى لديهم.
 
ومن هذا المنطلق هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الضغوط الحياتية المؤثرة فى الرضا الوظيفى للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الخاصة، والتى تتمثل فى تحديد مستوى الضغوط الحياتية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الخاصة والمتمثلة فى (نوع الوظيفة - الأجر - التدريب وتنمية القدرات - سلطة اتخاذ القرارات)، وتحديد الضغوط الحياتية المرتبطة ببيئة العمل الداخلية المؤثرة فى الرضا الوظيفى للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الخاصة والمتمثلة فى(الإدارة المدرسية - فريق العمل - بيئة العمل المادية - الطلاب) ، وکذلک تحديد الضغوط الحياتية المرتبطة ببيئة العمل الخارجية المؤثرة فى الرضا الوظيفى للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الخاصة والمتمثلة فى(العلاقة مع المدارس الأخرى - العلاقة مع الأسرة - العلاقة مع النقابة)
 
وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية واستخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعى بأسلوب الحصر الشامل لجميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الخاصة وعددهم (75) واستعانت الباحثة بمقياس الضغوط الحياتية للکشف عن نتائج الدراسة، وکشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى تحديد الضغوط الحياتية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين المؤثرة فى الرضا الوظيفى لديهم بالمدارس الخاصة.
 
وکذلک الضغوط الحياتية المرتبطة ببيئة العمل الداخلية والخارجية المؤثرة فى الرضا الوظيفى للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الخاصة.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Study summary
Private schools are among the most important educational institutions in the educational system, We can say that social service and education are two sides of the same process, Both seek to care for students from a specialized angle, The social worker works in private schools alongside faculty and board members, Who practices the social work profession in school, Where these specialists are exposed to a group of factors that represent life and career pressures and a challenge to work with them, which affects their job satisfaction.
 
From this standpoint, the study aimed to determine the life pressures affecting the job satisfaction of social workers in private schools. Which is to determine the level of life pressure of social workers in private schools, which is represented in (Job type - Remuneration - Training and Capacity Development - Decision Making Authority) And determine the life pressures associated with the internal work environment affecting the job satisfaction of social workers in private schools, which is represented in(School Administration - Team Work - Physical Work Environment - Students) As well as determining the life pressures associated with the external work environment affecting the job satisfaction of social workers in private schools represented in(Relationship with other schools - relationship with the family - relationship with the union)
 
This study is considered descriptive and analytical. The researcher used the social survey method in a comprehensive survey method for all social workers in private schools, and they number (75).
 
The researcher used the measure of life pressure to reveal the results of the study, and the results of the study revealed the determination of the life pressures of social workers affecting their job satisfaction in private schools.
 
As well as life stresses associated with the internal and external work environment affecting the job satisfaction of social workers in private schools.
