معوقات جودة الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بدور رعاية المسنين

ملخص الدراسه:
يعتبر الأداء المهني للأخصائي الإجتماعي هو الشکل النهائي لکافة ممارساته في المواقف المهنية التي يتعامل معها، وفي هذا الإطار يکتسب موضوع الأداء المهني أهمية خاصة وذلک في إطار المتغيرات المجتمعية التي يتعرض لها المجتمع ،کما تعد معوقات جودة الأداء المهني أمراً جوهرياً للممارسة المهنية في الخدمة الإجتماعية، وجزء لا يتجزأ من الممارسات المهنية للخدمة الإجتماعية. وبناءاً علي ذلک فالإهتمام بمعوقات الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الإجتماعين أمراً ضرورياً ،ويعتبر مفهوم معوقات جودة الأداء المهنى أحد احدث المفاهيم عصرية في کل من العلوم الإنسانية بشکل عام، والخدمة الاجتماعية على وجه الخصوص.ولقد جاء الهدف من هذه الدراسة في تحديد معوقات جودة الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بدور رعاية المسنين . وتتضمن مجتمع الدراسة  (ن = 15) من الخبراء والأکاديمين بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة حلوان والفيوم وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود معوقات للأداء المهنى للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين وتحددت أهم تلک المعوقات فى الإنطواء والانعزال وعدم الثقة في الآخرين،معوقات مرتبطه بقوانين ولوائح وفلسفة المؤسسة

Summary of the study:
      The professional performance of the social worker is the final form of all his practices in the professional situations that it deals with, and in this context the subject of professional performance gains special importance in the context of the societal variables to which the community is exposed, and the obstacles to quality of professional performance are essential for professional practice in the social service. And an integral part of the professional practices of social work. . Accordingly, attention to obstacles in the professional performance of social workers is necessary, and the concept of obstacles to professional performance quality is considered one of the most modern concepts in both the humanities in general, and social service in particular. The aim of this study was to identify obstacles to the quality of professional performance of social workers in working with individual cases in the nursing home. The study community (n = 15) includes experts and academics at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University and Fayoum. The results of the study indicated the existence of obstacles to the professional performance of social workers, and identified the most important of these obstacles in introverting, isolation and lack of confidence in others, obstacles associated with the laws, regulations and philosophy of the institution.
