الحوکمة الرشيدة کمتغير فى تحقيق الامن الاجتماعى على المستوى المحلى

الملخص:
 للحوکمة الرشيدة دوراً اساسياً  فى تحقيق الامن الاجتماعى على المستوى المحلى ومن ثم محاولة التوجيه والتدخل المهنى بتفعيل الحوکمة الرشيدة  ووضع البرامج التدريبية التى تحدث مثل هذا التغيير المستهدف مما يؤثر إيجابياً فى تحقيق الامن الاجتماعى على المستوى ومن ثم واقعية الخطة وفعاليتها وتحقيق أهداف سياسات الرعايه الاجتماعية, ومن ثم  دفع عجلة التنمية فى البلاد.واستنباطاً مماسبق تتحدد القضية الرئيسية للدراسة فى , هل تؤدي الحوکمة الرشيدة فى تحقيق الامن الاجتماعى على المستوى المحلى؟ وهدفت  الدراسة, تحديد مستوى أبعاد الحوکمة الرشيدة  کمتغير فى تحقيق الامن الاجتماعى على المستوى المحلى ,تحديد مستوى أبعاد الامن الاجتماعى على المستوى المحلى, محاولة وضع تصور تخطيطي مقترح لتحقيق الامن الاجتماعى على المستوى المحلى في إطار أبعاد الحوکمة الرشيدة.
نوع الدراسة ومنهحها:تعد هذة الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفيه التحليلية, مستخدمه منهج دراسة الحالة, والحالة هنا المجلس المحلى علي مستوى المحافظة المراکز والمدن والاحياء والقرى لمحافظة أسيوط.
أدوات الدراسة: استمارة إستبيان: للمسئولين على المستوى المحلى بمحافظة أسيوط وبلغ عددهم (72) عضوا,أوضحت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفروض کاملة.

Abstract:
 Good governance plays an essential role in achieving social security at the local level and then trying to guide and professional intervention by activating good governance and developing training programs that occur such a targeted change, which positively affects social security at the level and thus the realism and effectiveness of the plan and the achievement of the goals of social welfare policies, and from Then he pushed the development wheel in the country. From the foregoing, the main issue to be decided is to study in. Does good governance lead to achieving social security at the local level? The study aimed at determining the level of good governance dimensions as a variable in achieving social security at the local level, determining the level of social security dimensions at the local level, trying to develop a proposed planning concept for achieving social security at the local level within the framework of the dimensions of good governance.
The type and study of the study: This study is considered descriptive analytical studies, using the case study method, and the case here is the local council at the governorate level, centers, cities, neighborhoods and villages of Asyut Governorate.
Study tools: a questionnaire form: for the officials at the local level in the governorate of Assiut, and they numbered (72) members.
