تقدير الاحتياجات التدريبية للأخصائيين الإجتماعيين بالعاملين المراکز الصحية

ملخص البحث
تتحدد مشکلة الدراسة الحالية في تقدير الاحتياجات التدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمراکز الصحية ، وذلک للخروج  ببعض المؤشرات التخطيطية التي يمکن أن تساهم في رفع مستوي کفاءة الاداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المجال الصحي.
وتمثلت أهداف الدراسة في :
1-   تحديد أولويات الاحتياجات  التدريبية  للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين  في المراکز الصحية.
2-   تحديد المعارف والمهارات والاتجاهات التي يجب ان تحتوي عليها البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للأخصائيين  الاجتماعيين بالمراکز الصحية.
3-   الخروج ببعض المؤشرات التخطيطية التي يمکن أن تساهم في وضع خطة متکاملة ومن ثم  رفع  الاداء المهني  للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المراکز الصحية.
وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وعددهم 120 أخصائي بمنطقة 15 مايو  الطبية  بمحافظة القاهرة. تم جمع البيانات منهم بواسطة استبيان تم توزيعه عليهم وجمعه باليد.
ولقد تمت الإجابة عن جميع تساؤلات الدراسة ، والتحقق من صدق أو عدم صدق فروض الدراسة.

Abstract
Estimating the Training Needs of Social Workers in Health Centers

The current study problem is determined in estimating the training needs of social workers working in health centers in order to produce planning indicators that may contribute to raise the level of professional performance efficiency for social workers working in the health field.
The objectives of the study were:
1- Determining the priorities of training needs for social workers working in health centers.
2- Determining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that the training programs provided for social workers at health centers must contain.
3-Presenting some planning indicators that can contribute to setting an integrated plan and then raise the professional performance of social workers working in health centers.
This study is considered descriptive by using the comprehensive social survey method for 120 social workers working in the 15th of May Medical District in Cairo Governorate. Data were collected from them by a questionnaire distributed to them and collected by hand.
All the questions of the study were answered, and the validity of study hypotheses was tested.
