الممارسات الإدارية للمنظم الاجتماعى بالجمعيات الأهلية العاملة فى مجال التنمية المحلية

الملخص:
أدت التطورات العالمية الحالية إلي قيام منظمات المجتمع المدني بما فيها من جمعيات أهلية بدور أکثر فاعلية في مجالات غير تقليدية مثل المشارکة في صناعة السياسات، ولقد بات واضحاً أهمية الدور الذي تقوم به المؤسسات الأهلية في عمليات التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المستدامة للمجتمعات في ظل التغيرات والاحتياجات المتزايدة والتي تعيشها وتتأثر بها کثير من بلدان العالم النامي واتساقاً مع ما تقدم فقد تزايدت أعداد الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية في الآونة الأخيرة بجمهورية مصر العربية وذلک بشکل يدعو إلي الاهتمام بهذه الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية وضرورة تفعيل أدواره وبالرغم من أهمية وکثرة الأدوار التي تقوم بها الجمعيات الأهلية في تنمية المجتمع فإنها لازالت تعاني من مجموعة من المعوقات والصعوبات والإشکاليات التي تقف حجر عثرة حائلاً دون تحقيقها لأهدافها کما أنها تعانى من نقص المهارات الإدارية، تلک العناصر القادرة على بناء المؤسسات وتنمية قدراتها على الإنجاز والتعامل مع المشکلات ولذلک فکان لابد من التعرض للدور الإدارى للمنظم الاجتماعى داخل هذه الجمعيات من أجل تحسين قدراتها على تقديم أهدافها الاجتماعية .

Abstract:
The current global developments have led civil society organizations, including their civil societies, to play a more active role in non-traditional areas such as participation in policy-making. It has become clear the important role that civil institutions play in sustainable social and economic development processes of societies in light of the increasing changes and needs that they live in. And affected by many countries of the developing world and in line with the foregoing, the numbers of NGOs and institutions have increased in the recent times in the Arab Republic of Egypt in a way that calls for attention to these associations and institutions and the need to activate He saw, despite the importance and the large number of roles that NGOs play in community development, they still suffer from a set of obstacles, difficulties and problems that stand in the way of achieving their goals. They also suffer from a lack of administrative skills, those elements that are able to build institutions and develop their capabilities to accomplish and deal With problems, therefore, it was necessary to address the administrative role of the social organizer within these societies in order to improve their capabilities to present their social goals.
