متطلبات الحماية الإجتماعية لأسـر الغارمات من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الإجتماعية

ملخص الدراسة
أولاً:  مشکلة الدراسة
يعانى المجتمع المعاصر فى الآونة الأخيرة العديد من القضايا والمشکلات الخطيرة والتى تهدد أمن الحاضر بل يمتد التهديد إلى المستقبل ويعتبر الفقر من أهم القضايا والمشکلات المجتمعية التى تشغل الحکومات والمنظمات غير الحکومية نظراً لتأثيره السلبى على نسبة کبيرة من أفراد المجتمع ، بإعتباره أحد التحديات الکبيرة التى تواجه البشرية والتى يجب مواجهتها بسرعة .
وتعتبر الحماية الإجتماعية ضرورة لتوفير الحقوق الاجتماعية للفقراء والمساواة وتکافؤ الفرص وذلک ليس لمجرد البقاء فى الحياة ولکن لتحقيق التکيف الاجتماعى وکذلک الکرامة والتکافل الاجتماعى بين أفراد المجتمع وتوفير شبکات الأمان الاجتماعى
 وفى النهاية يمکن التوصل إلى برنامج مقترح لتحقيق متطلبات الحماية الاجتماعية لأسر الغارمات وذلک من خلال الممارسة العامة للخدمة الإجتماعية.
ثانياً : مفاهيم الدراسة
   أ – مفهوم المتطلبات.     ب- مفهوم الحماية الإجتماعية.     ج- مفهوم الممارسة العامة.     د- مفهوم الغارمات     
ثالثاً : الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة:
  تنتمي هذه الدراسه وفقاً لأهدافها إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية واستندت إلى المنهج الکمى والکيفي معاً واعتمدت على طريقة المسح الإجتماعى بالعينة على عينة قوامها (93) مفردة ، وعدد (10) من الخبراء والمتخصصين.
رابعاً : نتائج الدراسة:
        أ‌-         أکدت الدراسة على ضرورة الترکيز على المتطلبات النفسية لأسر الغارمات
      ب‌-      أشارت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الترکيز على المتطلبات الإقتصادية لأسر الغارمات .
      ت‌-      أکدت الدراسة على ضرورة توفير المتطلبات الصحية لأسر الغارمات.
      ث‌-      أکدت الدراسة على ضرورة توفير المتطلبات التعليمية لأسر الغارمات .

Social protection requirements for the families of women in debt from the perspective of the generalist practice of social Work

Firstly: Study problem:
 
      The contemporary society suffers in recent times many serious issues and problems that threaten the security of the present, but the threat extends to the future. Which must be confronted quickly.
      Social protection is considered a necessity to provide social rights for the poor, equality and equal opportunities, not just for survival, but for social adaptation, as well as dignity and social solidarity among members of society and the provision of social safety nets.
       In the end, a proposed program can be reached to fulfill the requirements of social protection for the families of women in debt, through the general practice of social work.

Thirdly: Methodological procedures:
      According to its objectives, this study belongs to the type of analytical descriptive studies and was based on both the quantitative and qualitative methodology and relied on the method of social survey in the sample on a sample of (93) single and (10) experts and specialists.
 
Fourthly: Study Results:
A- The study emphasized the need to focus on the psychological requirements of the families of women in debt
B- The study indicated the need to focus on the economic requirements of the families of women in debt.
C- The study emphasized the necessity to provide the health requirements for the families of women in debt.
D- The study emphasized the need to provide the educational requirements for the families of women in debt.
