الدور المقترح للمنظم الاجتماعى فى التوعية بالأزمات والکوارث بالتطبيق على فيروس کرونا المستجد (کوفيد19)

الملخص:
تعد مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية عامة ومهنة تنظيم المجتمع لها دور واضح وکبير في الوقوف على الکوارث والأزمات  والمخاطر الاجتماعية المستجدة والمستحدثة ومنها جائحة کورونا کوفيد-19 والذي نسعى من خلال البحث في تحديد الدور المقترح للمنظم الاجتماعي في التوعية بالأزمات والکوارث  کهذه الجائحة .
وأيضا تحديد تصور مقترح حول الأدوار والأهداف والاستراتيجيات التي يمکن للمنظم الاجتماعي تفعيلها وبلورتها من اجل خروج المجتمع من ظلام هذا الوباء من خلال إتباع أساليب الوقاية والأمان في التغلب على المشکلات الاجتماعية والصحية والنفسية الناتجة عن هذا الفيروس.
وهنا نري أن المنظم الاجتماعي يتعامل مع المجتمع من خلال الجمعيات الأهلية في وضع إستراتيجية شاملة متکاملة من اجل التغلب على المشکلات الاجتماعية المبنية على العادات الصحية والاجتماعية الخاطئة في محاولة لوضع جدار حماية اجتماعي لتحجيم انتشار الفيروس تأصيل التوعية والوقاية بالمخاطر لدي أفراد المجتمع.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى استخدام المنظم لأساليب العمل التربوي والقيام بالإرشاد والمساعدة في الحصول على المعلومات الدقيقة من اجل المواجهة الأمثل للوباء وأيضا استخدام التکنولوجيا في التواصل المختلفة من اجل تسهيل نشر المعلومات المختلفة فيما بين البلدان .

Summary:
The social service profession is general, and the community organizing profession has a clear and significant role in identifying disasters, crises, and emerging and emerging social risks, including the Corona Covid-19 pandemic, which we seek through research to define the proposed role of the social organization in raising awareness of crises and disasters such as this pandemic.
And also defining a proposed perception about the roles, goals, and strategies that the social organizer can activate and crystallize in order to get society out of the darkness of this epidemic by following methods of prevention and safety in overcoming the social, health and psychological problems resulting from this virus. Here we see that the social organizer deals with the community through civil associations in developing a comprehensive and integrated strategy in order to overcome social problems based on wrong health and social habits in an attempt to put a social protection wall to limit the spread of the virus, rooting awareness and prevention of risks among community members. The regulator's use of educational work methods, providing guidance and assistance in obtaining accurate information in order to best confront the epidemic, and also using technology in various communication in order to facilitate the dissemination of various information between countries.
