جماعات النشاط الثقافي ومواجهة المشکلات الأسرية المسببة للصراع بين الإباء والأبناء ( کلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة اسوان نموذجا)

ملخص
إن المشکلات التي يتعرض لها الشباب بصفه عامة  تؤدي دوراً کبيراً في التأثير على توافقهم وتقدمهم الدراسي وتحقيق طموحاتهم في المجال التعليمي خاصة ومجالات الحياة عامة ، لذا تحتاج من کل المختصين اهتماماً کبيراً، من أجل تحقيق النمو السليم في کافة النواحي، لأن هذه المشکلات لن تزول دون معالجة، کما أنها ليست کما يرى البعض مجرد أزمة نفسية حتمية تعد خاصية من خصائص مرحلة معينة من مراحل العمر، يتم تجاوزها بمجرد تخطي هذه المرحلة، أو أنها من مظاهر الصراع الأزلي بين الأجيال الذي لا بدَّ أن يکون، ويشتد.
والجامعة هي من المؤسسات الهامة التي يعهد اليها المجتمع في تدعيم أبنائهم وتخريج شباب واعي وقادر على المشکلات المختلفة وهذا لا يکون من خلال المحاضرات فقط ولکن من خلال جماعات النشاط الطلابي داخل الجامعة.
وخدمة الجماعة هي طريقة من طرق الخدمة الاجتماعية والتي تعد وسيلتها هي الجماعة والتي من خلالها يمکن ان تستعد الشباب الجامعي في مواجهة المشکلات وحلها بل والوقاية منها من ضمنها المشکلات الاسرية والتي تسبب الصراع بين الإباء والابناء.
لذا فان الدراسة الحالية هدفت الى التعرف على المشکلات الاسرية المسببة للصراع بين الإباء والابناء والتوصل في النهاية لدور جماعات النشاط الثقافي لمواجهتها باعتباراتها احد جماعات النشاط داخل الجماعة . ونتجت عنها ان هناک مجموعة من المشکلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية والأخلاقية والتعليمية وتوصلت في النهاية لدور مقترح لدور جماعات النشاط الثقافي في مواجهة تلک المشکلات .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The problems faced by young people in general play a major role in influencing their compatibility and academic progress and achieving their aspirations in the educational field in particular and areas of life in general. Therefore, all specialists need great attention, in order to achieve proper growth in all aspects, because these problems will not disappear without Treatment, as it is not, as some see it, just an inevitable psychological crisis, which is a characteristic of a certain stage of life, which is overlooked once this stage is skipped, or it is a manifestation of the eternal conflict between generations that must be, and intensify.
The university is one of the important institutions entrusted to it by society in supporting their children and graduating youth who are aware and capable of various problems, and this is not only through lectures, but through student activity groups within the university.
Social group work is one of the methods of social work, which the group its means , through which university youth can be prepared to face and solve problems, and even prevent them, including family problems that cause conflict between parents and children.
Therefore, the current study aimed to identify the family problems that cause conflict between parents and children, and finally arrive at the role of cultural activity groups to confront them with their considerations as one of the activity groups within the group. It resulted in a set of social, economic, psychological, ethical and educational problems, and finally reached a proposed role for the role of cultural activity groups in facing these problems.
