فعالية برنامج للتدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية لزيادة الثقة المجتمعية في المؤسسات الوسيطة دراسة مطبقة على مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة القليوبية

ملخص البحث
تتمثل مشکلة الدراسة الحالية في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ما فعالية برنامج للتدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية لرفع الثقة المجتمعية في المؤسسات الوسيطة؟ ومن أهداف الدراسة:
1-     رصد أسباب / أو العوامل المؤدية لضعف الثقة المجتمعية من أولياء أمور التلاميذ في المؤسسات الوسيطة (مدارس التربية الخاصة بالقليوبية نموذجا).
2-     تحديد مظاهر ضعف الثقة المجتمعية من أولياء أمور التلاميذ في المؤسسات الوسيطة.
3-     التعرف على مدى فعالية برنامج التدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية لزيادة الثقة المجتمعية (ثقة أولياء أمور التلاميذ) في المؤسسات الوسيطة (مدارس التربية الخاصة بالقليوبية نموذجا).
والدراسة الحالية من نمط دراسات التدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية ، واسترشدت بالمنهج شبه التجريبي. وتم تطبيق الدراسة علي جميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمدارس التربية الخاصة بالقليوبية وعددهم (35 أخصائي اجتماعي) وعلي عينة عمدية من أولياء أمور التلاميذ في تلک المدارس وعددهم (20 أم).                                                                        وتم بناء وتطبيق مقياس للثقة المجتمعية خصيصا لهذه الدراسة. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود فعالية لبرنامج التدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية في زيادة الثقة المجتمعية (ثقة أولياء أمور التلاميذ) في المؤسسات الوسيطة (مدارس التربية الخاصة بالقليوبية نموذجا).

Abstract
 
The effectiveness of the Professional Intervention Program from the Perspective of the Generalist  Practice of Social Work to increase Societal Confidence in Intermediary Institutions
An Applied Study  to the Special education Schools in Qaliub Governorate
 
 
The problem of the current study is: what is the effectiveness of a professional intervention program from the perspective of generalist  practice of social work to raise societal confidence in intermediary institutions? The study aims were:
1-          Identifying the causes / or factors that lead to weak societal confidence among the parents of students in the intermediate institutions (Qalubiya special education schools as an example).
2-          Knowing the aspects of weak societal confidence among the parents of students in the intermediate institutions.
3-          Knowing the effectiveness of the professional intervention program from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work to increase societal confidence (the confidence of students ’parents) in intermediate institutions (special education schools in Qalubiya as an example).
The current study was a professional intervention study from the perspective of generalist practice in social work, and was guided by the quasi-experimental method.. The study was applied to all social workers in Qalubia’s special education schools (35 social workers) and to a non random sample of the parents of the students in those schools (20 mothers).
A scale of societal confidence was built and applied specifically for this study.
Among the most important results of the study is the presence of an effective professional intervention program from the perspective of generalist practice of social work in increasing societal confidence in intermediate institutions ( special  education schools in Qalubiya as an example) .                                                                                 Keywords:The generalist practice of social work, societal confidence , intermediary institutions.
