معوقات جودة التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية

ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد معوقات جودة التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية والمرتبطة بـ: (الطلاب، مؤسسات التدريب الميداني، المشرفيين الميدانيين، المشرفيين الأکاديميين، القسم العلمي)، بالإضافة الى وضع مقترحات لتحسين الجودة لعملية التدريب الميداني.
والدراسة تعتبر من الدراسات الوصفية / التحليلية ، والتي استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للتعرف علي آراء واجابات کل من : طلاب التدريب الميداني للعام الجامعي 2019/ 2020 بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة قطر وعددهم (92) والمشرفيين الميدانيين وعددهم (42) والمشرفيين الأکاديميين وعددهم (8) ، حيث تم جمع البيانات منهم بواسطة استبيان إلکتروني. 
توصلت الدراسة إلي أن اهم المعوقات المرتبطة بالطلاب کانت: صعوبة تکوين علاقات مهنية مع المشرف الاکاديمي والميداني وصعوبة التعاون مع الزملاء لإنجاز المهام في التدريب الميداني. وفيما يتعلق بمؤسسات التدريب الميداني فکانت أهم المعوقات: صعوبة الاطلاع على ملفات الحالات بالمؤسسة والروتين المستمر خلال فترة التدريب الميداني.
وبالنسبة للمشرفيين الميدانيين فکانت أهم المعوقات: أنهم غير متخصصين في مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية وعدم فهمهم لدورهم ودور الطالب خلال العملية التدريبية. وفيما يتعلق بالمشرفيين الأکاديميين فکانت أهم المعوقات: عدم تقبل المشرف الأکاديمي لأفکار وآراء الطلاب، وعدم قيام المشرف الاکاديمي بتعريف الطلاب بمؤسسة التدريب وآلية وطريقة سير العمل فيها بشکل مفصل. وفيما يتعلق بالقسم العلمي فکانت أهم المعوقات: عدم مراعاة القسم لرغبة الطالب وميوله في اختيار المجال الذي يريد التدريب فيه وعدم عقد اجتماعات تمهيدية کافية من قبل القسم لتوضيح آلية التدريب الميداني ودور الطالب فيها.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات المقترحات التي يمکن أن تساهم في تحسين جودة التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية.

Quality obstacles in field training for social work students
 
Abstract
The study aimed to identify obstacles to the quality of field training for social work students which related to : social work students, field training institutions or agencies , field supervisors, academic supervisors, the social work department at the university. Also, the study aimed to introduce some recommendations to improve the quality of the social work field training process.
The study is considered descriptive / analytical study, which used the social survey method in a comprehensive style , to get opinions and answers of each of the following categories :  92 field training students for the academic year 2019/2020 at the Department of Social Sciences at Qatar University and 42 field supervisors and 8 academic supervisors. Data was collected from them by an electronic questionnaire.
The study concluded that the most important obstacles associated with students were: the difficulty of forming professional relationships with the academic and field supervisor and the difficulty of cooperating with colleagues to accomplish tasks in field training. With regard to field training institutions, the most important obstacles were: difficulty in accessing the institution's case files and the ongoing routine during the field training period.
For field supervisors, the most important obstacles were: They are not specialized in the social work profession, and they do not understand their role and that of the student during the training process. With regard to academic supervisors, the most important obstacles were: the academic supervisor’s lack of acceptance of students’ ideas and opinions.
For the academic supervisor’s the most important obstacles were : failure to introduce students to the training institution or agency and the mechanism and method of working in it in detail. With regard to the scientific department, the most important obstacles were: the department's failure to observe the student's desire and inclination to choose the field in which he or she wants training, and the lack of sufficient preliminary meetings by the department to clarify the field training mechanism and the student's role in it.
The study reached a set of recommendations and suggestions that could contribute to improve the quality of field training for students of social work.
