نحو وضع مؤشرات تخطيطية لمواجهة التنمر المدرسي بالمرحلة الإعدادية دراسة مطبقة على إدارتي شرق وغرب مدينة المنصورة التعليمية محافظة الدقهلية

الملخص
مشکلة التنمر من المشکلات الخطيرة التى أصبحت منتشرة بين الطلاب في کثير من المدارس في مصر ، مما يتطلب معه دراسة هذه المشکلة کخطوة نحو فهمها ووضع الخطط والحلول لمواجهتها.
 ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى التوصل إلى مجموعة من المؤشرات التخطيطية لکلاً من الأسرة والمدرسة والمجتمع لمواجهة ظاهرة التنمر المدرسى بالمرحلة الإعدادية.
والبحث من نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية. واسترشد البحث بمنهج المسح الاجتماعى بالعينة باستخدام استبيان للأخصائيين الاجتماعين ، تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (50) مفرده منهم.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المؤشرات التخطيطية اللازمة لمواجهة التنمر المدرسى سواء کانت مرتبطة بالأسرة أو بالمدرسة أو بالمجتمع. کما وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من الخطوات الإجرائية لتحقيق المؤشرات التخطيطية السابقة.

Towards developing planning indicators to confront school bullying in preparatory school
An applied study on the administrations of East and West Mansoura Educational City - Dakahlia Governorate
 
Abstract
 
The problem of bullying is one of the serious problems that have become widespread among students in many schools in Egypt, which requires with it to study this problem as a step towards understanding it and developing plans and solutions to confront it.
The current research aimed to reach a set of planning indicators for the family, school and society to confront the phenomenon of school bullying in the preparatory stage.
The research was of the type of analytical descriptive studies. The research was guided by the social survey method using a questionnaire for social workers, which was applied to a sample consisting of (50).
The study found a set of planning indicators necessary to confront school bullying, whether it is related to the family, the school, or the community.
The researcher also developed a set of procedural steps to achieve the previous planning indicators.
