تحليل محتوي کتب طريقة خدمة الفرد للفرقة الثانية ببعض کليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية في ضوء معايير جودة الکتاب الجامعي

ملخص
انطلاقاً من أهمية الکتاب الجامعي فلابد من وجود رقابة على جودته للتحقق من توافر المعايير أو المواصفات أو الشروط المطلوبة فى الکتاب الجامعى من حيث الشکل والمضمون ، ومن أجل أن يحقق الکتاب الجامعي الأهداف المطلوبة منه بالشکل المتوقع ، ومن أجل رفع درجة الثقة في مضمون الکتاب الجامعي ؛ کان لابد من اقتراح الحلول لتدعيم وتعزيز وتقوية الکتاب الجامعي حتي يصبح أکثر ملائمة لأهداف المقرر ورؤية ورسالة القسم والکلية والجامعة. وتمثلت مشکلة البحث الحالي في تحليل محتوي کتب طريقة خدمة الفرد للفرقة الثانية ببعض کليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية في ضوء معايير جودة الکتاب الجامعي. وکانت أهداف البحث کالتالي
1-    تحليل محتوي أو مضمون الکتب الجامعية لمقرر طريقة خدمة الفرد للفرقة الثانية في بعض کليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية في مصر في ضوء معايير جودة الکتاب الجامعي.
2-    التعرف علي درجة توافر معايير جودة الکتاب الجامعي في کتب مقرر طريقة خدمة الفرد للفرقة الثانية في بعض کليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية في مصر.
3-    اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات لزيادة جودة الکتاب الجامعي لمقرر طريقة خدمة الفرد للفرقة الثانية في کليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية في مصر حتي يحقق الأهداف المطلوبة منه.
والبحث الحالي يعتبر من البحوث النظرية المکتبية التي تستهدف إلي وصف وتحليل کتب طريقة خدمة الفرد للفرقة الثانية في بعض کليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية في مصر. وتمثل منهج البحث الحالي في منهج تحليل المحتوى أو المضمون ، حيث تم تحليل محتوي أو مضمون عدد 10 کتب لمقرر طريقة خدمة الفرد للفرقة الثانية التي تم تدريسها في العام الجامعي 2019-2020  في کليات الخدمة الاجتماعية في الجامعات التالية : حلوان وأسيوط والفيوم. وفي معاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية التالية : بورسعيد والمنصورة وکفر الشيخ ودمنهور وبنها والقاهرة وسوهاج.
ومن أهم نتائج البحث : أن کتب مقرر طريقة أساسيات العمل مع الأفراد للفرقة الثانية تتوفر فيها مجموعة من الشروط الشکلية والموضوعية ، وفي المقابل ينقصها شروط أخري شکلية وموضوعية. لذا يوصي البحث بضرورة أن تراعي کتب هذا المقرر باقي الشروط الناقصة حتي تحقق أهدافها المطلوبة منها بدرجة کبيرة.
وفي نهاية البحث تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات فى شکل مجموعة من المواصفات والشروط التى يجب توافرها فى کتب اساسيات العمل مع الافراد للفرقة الثانية من حيث الشکل والمحتوى فى ضوء معايير جودة الکتاب الجامعى حتي تکون دليلا ارشاديا لمؤلفي هذه الکتب في المستقبل القريب.

Content analysis of social case work’s s books for the second year in some faculties and institutes of social work
In the light of the quality standards of university book
Summary
Based on the importance of the university book, there must be control over its quality to verify the availability of the standards, specifications or conditions required in the university book in terms of form and content, and in order for the university book to achieve the goals required of it as expected, and in order to raise the degree of confidence in the content of the university book; solutions had to be proposed to support, reinforce and strengthen the quality of the university book in order to become more appropriate to the objectives of the course and the vision and mission of the department, faculty and university. The current research problem was to analyze the content analysis of social case work’s books for the second year in some faculties and institutes of social work, in the light of the quality standards or norms of the university book.
 The research aims were as follows:
1-      Analyzing the content of some social case work’s books for the second year in some faculties and institutes of social work, in the light of the quality standards or norms of the university book.
2-      Knowing the degree of availability of quality standards for the social case workُ s books for the second year in some faculties and institutes of social work in Egypt.
3-      Suggesting a set of recommendations to increase the quality of social case workُ s books in faculties and institutes of social work, in the light of the quality standards or norms of the university book.
The current research is considered one of the theoretical research that aims to analyze the social case workُ s books for the second year in some faculties and institutes of social work in Egypt , in the light of the quality standards or norms of the university book.
The current research method was represented in the content analysis methodology, whereby the content of 10 social case workُ s books as a course for the second year that was taught in the academic year 2019-2020 was analyzed in the faculties of social work in the following universities: Helwan, Assiut and Fayoum. and in the following social work institutes: Port Said, Mansoura, Kafr El-Sheikh, Damanhour, Benha, Cairo, and Sohag. Among the most important results of the research: that the books in the research sample have met a set of formal and content standards , and in return they lack other formal and content standards .
Therefore, the research recommends that books of this course should take into account the remaining deficient standards in order to achieve their required goals to a great extent.
At the end of the research, a set of recommendations was presented in the form of a set of specifications and standards that must be met in the social case workُ s books  in faculties and institutes of social work , in the light of the quality standards or norms of the university book , in order to be a guide lines for the authors of these books in the nearest future.
