ملخص
 
أولاً:  مشکلة الدراسة
   تعد قضية الأزمات والکوارث من أهم المشکلات التى تعانى منها المجتمعات المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، لما لهذه الأزمات من آثار ومشکلات تعرقل سير خطط وبرامج التنمية الشاملة التى تقدمها الدولة لمواجهة التحديات فى جميع المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والصحية والسياسية والثقافية .
   فالتطوع لايعتبر هدفاً أو غاية فى حد ذاته دائماً بل يعتبر وسيلة نتمکن من خلاله التعامل بکفاءة وإيجابية مع مشکلات المجتمع ، کما أن له أهمية خاصة في الخدمة الإجتماعية حيث يحقق المزيد من الفاعلية للخدمات والدعم التى تقدمها المهنة لعملائها ، فمشارکة المتطوعين لتقديم الدعم المجتمعى لمصابى فيروس کورونا حقق نجاحاً واضحاً في المجتمع المصرى وذلک من خلال التفاعل الإيجابي المشترک.
   والخدمة الاجتماعية کمهنة إنسانية لها دور فى التصدى لمشکلات المجتمع وأزماته المختلفة وخاصة المرتبطة بشکل مباشر بالإنسان الذى هو محور التعامل، فالخدمة الاجتماعية تتعامل بعلم ومهنية مع مشکلات المجتمع وأزماته وکوارثه من خلال ما تملکه من مبادئ واستراتيجيات وتکنيکات وأدوات قادرة على التعامل مع الأزمات والکوارث
ثانياً : مفاهيم الدراسة
                                               أ‌-          مفهوم الجهود .                    ب- مفهوم التطوع.                  ج- مفهوم الدعم المجتمعى
ثالثاً : الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة:
     تنتمي هذه الدراسه وفقاً لأهدافها إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية لأنه من خلال هذا النوع من الدراسات يمکن الحصول على معلومات دقيقة تصور الواقع وتسهم في تحليل ظواهره، وهذا ما ينطوي علي البحث الراهن جهود لجان التطوع في تحقيق الدعم المجتمعى لمصابى فيروس کورونا المستجد، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لأعضاء لجان التطوع من الشباب بمحافظة الأقصر وعددهم (77) مفردة.
رابعاً : نتائج الدراسة:
       أ‌-       أکدت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الأول وهو" أن مستوى جهود لجان التطوع في تحقيق الدعم المجتمعي لمصابي فيروس کورونا المستجد مرتفعاً".
     ب‌-     أکدت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الثانى وهو "توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية لأعضاء لجان التطوع وتحديدهم لجهود لجان التطوع في تحقيق الدعم المجتمعي لمصابي فيروس کورونا المستجد ".
     ت‌-     أکدت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الثالث وهو" توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية لأعضاء لجان التطوع وتحديدهم للصعوبات التي تواجه جهود لجان التطوع في تحقيق الدعم المجتمعي لمصابي فيروس کورونا المستجد ".
     ث‌-     أکدت الدراسه على صحه الفرض الرابع وهو" توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية لأعضاء لجان التطوع وتحديدهم للمقترحات التي تواجه جهود لجان التطوع في تحقيق الدعم المجتمعي لمصابي فيروس کورونا المستجد ".
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Research Summary
The Efforts of the Volunteering Committees to achieve Community Support for those Infected with the Coronavirus
 
Firstly: Study problem:
      The issue of crises and disasters is one of the most important problems afflicting developed and developing societies alike, because of the effects and problems of these crises that hinder the progress of comprehensive development plans and programs provided by the state to face challenges in all social, economic, health, political and cultural fields.
   Volunteering is not always considered a goal or goal in itself. Rather, it is considered a means by which we can deal efficiently and positively with the problems of society, and it has a special importance in social work as it achieves more effectiveness for the services and support provided by the profession to its clients, so the participation of volunteers to provide community support to people with Coronavirus He achieved clear success in the Egyptian society through mutual positive interaction.
   Social Work, as a humanitarian profession, has a role in addressing the various problems and crises of society, especially those directly related to the human being who is the focus of dealing. Social Work deals with knowledge and professionally with society's problems, crises and disasters through the principles, strategies, techniques and tools it possesses capable of dealing with crises and disasters.
Secondly: The study concepts:
A) Efforts.                                 B) Volunteering.                     C) Community Support.
Thirdly: Methodological procedures:
 
      According to its objectives, this study belongs to the type of descriptive studies because through this type of studies it is possible to obtain accurate information that depicts the reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena, and this is what the current research involves the efforts of the volunteer committees to achieve community support for those infected with corona virus, the study relied on the approach The scientific method using the comprehensive social survey method for members of youth volunteer committees in Luxor Governorate, and they are (77).samples.
Fourthly: Study Results:
A- The study confirmed the correctness of the first hypothesis, which is that “the level of volunteer committees’ efforts to achieve community support for people living with the Coronavirus is high. ”
B- The study confirmed the validity of the second hypothesis, which is “There is a statistically significant relationship between some demographic variables of the members of the volunteering committees and their identification of the efforts of the volunteer committees in achieving community support for people with Coronavirus”
C- The study confirmed the validity of the third hypothesis, which is “There is a statistically significant relationship between some demographic variables for members of the volunteer committees and their identification of the difficulties facing the efforts of the volunteer committees in achieving community support for people living with Coronavirus”.
D- The study confirmed the validity of the fourth hypothesis, which is “There is a statistically significant relationship between some demographic variables of the members of the volunteer committees and their identification of the proposals facing the efforts of the volunteer committees to achieve community support for those infected with the Coronavirus.”
