دور المجلس القومى للمرأة فى اکتشاف وتدريب القيادات النسائية

يعد الاهتمام بقطاع المرأة ضرورة ملحة حيث تضمنت جميع المواثيق والاتفاقات العالمية وکذلک على المستوى العربى والمحلى، والقرارات الصادرة عن المؤتمرات العالمية للمرأة نصوصا صريحة بشأن تعزيز احترام حقوق المرأة القائم على تکافؤ الفرص بين الجنسين.ورغم کل هذا الاهتمام وکذلک النسبة المرتفعة التى تمثلها المرأة فى المجتمع المصرى تطالعنا إحصاءات تقرير التنمية البشرية بانخفاض مساهمة المرأة فى التنمية حيث تمثل نسبة النساء المشارکة فى العمل (23.95) فقط، کما أنها تعانى من الأمية ـ الأبجدية ـ (51%)، هذا وتمثل نسبة أعضاء البرلمان من النساء (2.4) فقط، (1.2%) من أعضاء المجالس المحلية، (3%) من أعضاء نقابات العمال، و (17%) فى تمثيلها بالنقابات المهنية
وقد تزايد اهتمام المجتمع بقضايا المرأة المصرية إيمانا بتکامل دور المرأة مع دور الرجل فالمرأة المصرية محـور هام من محاور التنمية وريک فاعل في مسيرتها، وتتوقف مشارکتها على ما يکفله المجتمع لها من حقوق وما  يتيحه من فرص المشارکة في جهود التنمية والتحديث والتطوير والإصلاح.
ويعتبر نجاح المرأة في الوصول للمواقع القيادية ومساهمتها الفعالة في  الحياة العامة والحياة السياسية وشغلها للمناصب العليا في القطاع الحکومي والقطاع الخاص ومشارکتها في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والأهلـي من أهم مظاهر المساواة بين الجنسين.وهنا تظهر أهمية طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في تنمية القيادات المجتمعية والسياسية وتفعيل دورها المجتمعي.

Summary:-
Attention to the women's sector is an urgent necessity, as all international charters and agreements, as well as at the Arab and local levels, and decisions issued by international conferences for women included explicit texts on promoting respect for women's rights based on equal opportunities for both sexes.
Despite all this interest, as well as the high percentage that women represent in Egyptian society, the statistics of the Human Development Report refer to us with a decrease in the contribution of women to development, as the percentage of women participating in work represents only (23.95), and they suffer from illiteracy - the alphabet - (51%), this represents Only (2.4) members of parliament are women, (1.2%) members of local councils, (3%) members of trade unions, and (17%) in their representation in professional unions
Society's interest in Egyptian women's issues has increased due to the belief in the complementarily of the role of women with the role of men. Egyptian women are an important axis of development and an effective partner in their journey, and their participation depends on the rights that society guarantees them and the opportunities it provides for participation in the efforts of development, modernization, development and reform.
The success of women in reaching leadership positions, their effective contribution to public life and political life, their occupation of senior positions in the government sector and the private sector, and their participation in civil society and civil society institutions are among the most important manifestations of gender equality, and here the importance of the method of community organization in developing societal and political leaderships and activating their societal role.
