دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مواجهة مشکلات التکوين والبدايات بجماعات مجهولي النسب

الملخص:
  يهدف البحث لتحديد مشکلات التکوين والبدايات بجماعات مجهولي النسب، وتحديد أسبابها، ودور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مواجهتها والمقترحات اللازمة لتفعيل دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مواجهة مشکلات التکوين والبدايات بجماعات مجهولي النسب، وينتمي هذا البحث للدراسات الوصفية بالاعتماد على المسح الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الايوائية وعددهم (43) مفردة، وقد تم استخدام دليل مقابلة شبه مقننه واستمارة استبيان. وتوصل البحث لبرنامج تدريبي لتفعيل دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مواجهة مشکلات التکوين والبدايات بجماعات مجهولي النسب.

Abstract:
The research aims to identify the formation problems and beginnings of groups of unknown parentage, identify their causes, the role of the social worker in facing them and the proposals necessary to activate the role of the social worker in facing the problems of formation and beginnings in groups of unknown parentage, and this research belongs to descriptive studies based on the comprehensive survey of social workers in residential institutions, which are (43) Single, a semi-structured interview guide and questionnaire form were used. The research reached a training program to activate the role of the social worker in facing problems of formation and beginnings of groups of unknown parentage.
