مقياس الکفاءة المهنية لعضو هيئة التدريس في التعليم عن بعد لمقررات الخدمة الاجتماعية: الصدق والثبات.

الملخص:
     هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الکفاءات المهنية الواجب توفرها لدى عضو هيئة التدريس في التعليم عن بعد لمقررات الخدمة الاجتماعية بشکل عام ومقررات التعامل مع الأفراد بشکل خاص. کما سعت الدراسة الحالية لبناء مقياس لقياس هذه الکفاءات المهنية. وتکونت من(71) فقرة في صورته النهائية مرتکزا على خمس أبعاد رئيسية هي البعدالأول السمات الشخصية والذاتية، البعد الثانى:التدريس والتقويم، البعد الثالث التفاعل مع الآخرين،البعد الرابع الجانب المعرفي، وأخيرا البعد الخامس: توظيف التکنولوجيا.
     وقد تم اتباع خطوات بناء المقياس وتقنين الأداة من حيث حساب الصدق والثبات للتأکد من جاهزية المقياس للتطبيق، ووضع آلية تصحيح المقياس. وأخيرا خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات الخاصة بتطوير وتوسيع کفاءات الأستاذ الجامعي بصورة شاملة ومتطورة في التعليم عن بعد في الخدمة الاجتماعية.

. Abstract:
 
The study aimed to determine the professional competencies that should be available to a faculty member in distance education for social work courses. The current study also sought to build a tool for measuring these professional competencies. the scale consisted of (71) items in its final form based on five main dimensions: the first dimension: personal and subjective characteristics, the second dimension: teaching and evaluation, the third dimension, interaction with others, the fourth dimension, the knowledge aspect, and finally the fifth dimension: employing technology.
     The steps for building the scale and codifying the instrument in terms of calculating the validity and reliability werefollowed to ensure the readiness of the scale for application, and a mechanism for correcting the scale was developed. Finally, the study concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals for developing and expanding the university professor’s competencies in a comprehensive and advanced manner in distance education in social work.
