الرعاية الإنسانية کمتغير لتحسين نوعية حياة المسنات

الملخص:
      استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد مستوى أبعاد الرعاية الإنسانية للمسنات، تحديد مستوى أبعاد تحسين نوعية حياة المسنات، تحديد أکثر أبعاد الرعاية الإنسانية ارتباطاً بتحسين نوعية حياة المسنات، التوصل إلى آليات تخطيطية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات الرعاية الإنسانية في تحسين نوعية حياة المسنات. وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، وتعتمد على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسنات بدور رعاية المسنين بمحافظة القاهرة وعددهن (80) مفردة، وکذلک منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين بدور رعاية المسنين بمحافظة القاهرة وعددهم (49) مفردة، وتمثلت أدوات جمع البيانات في استمارة استبار للمسنات واستمارة استبيان للمسئولين،تم توزيعها وتجميعها من المسنات والمسئولين بدور الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنمستوى أبعاد الرعاية الإنسانية للمسنات مرتفعاً، وأيضا مستوى أبعاد تحسين نوعية حياة المسنات مرتفعاً، أيضا توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين الرعاية الإنسانية وتحسين نوعية حياة المسنات" ثم تم وضع آليات تخطيطية لتفعيل الرعاية الانسانية داخل دور الرعاية الاجتماعية لتحسين نوعية حياة المسنات.
Summary:
The study aimed at determining the level of human care dimensions for older women, determining the level of dimensions for improving the quality of life of elderly women, Determining the dimensions of humane care most related to improving the quality of life of older women, and arriving at proposed planning mechanisms to activate the contributions of humanitarian care in improving the quality of life of elderly women. This study is considered from the descriptive studies, And it relies on the scientific method using a comprehensive social survey approach for elderly women in elderly care homes in Cairo governorate, whose number is (80) individuals, as well as a comprehensive social survey approach for officials in elderly care homes in Cairo governorate, whose number is (49) individuals, The tools for collecting data were a questionnaire for older women that was distributed and collected from elderly women and officials in social care homes, a questionnaire for officials, and the study found that the level of human care dimensions for older women is high. The level of the dimensions of improving the quality of life of elderly women is also high. There is a statistically significant direct relationship between humanitarian care and improving the quality of life of elderly women. Then, planning mechanisms have been put in place to activate humanitarian care within social care homes to improve the quality of life of elderly women.
