الدور المقترح لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لزيادة توعية أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالتعليم الالکترونى

ملخص:-
شهد العالم فى السنوات الأخيرة جملة من التحديات ذات أبعاد سياسية واقتصادية وتربوية واجتماعية وثقافية، وشکلت تلک التحديات بأبعادها المختلفة منطلقاً لدعوات عديدة بضرورة إصلاح النظام التعليمى بجميع مداخلاته وعمليات ومخرجاته، خصوصاً فى ضوء عجز النظام التعليمى الحالى عن مواجهة التحديات التى أفرزها تحول العالم من مجتمع صناعى إلى مجتمع معرفى، لهذا تتسابق کثير من الدول لإصلاح نظمها التربوية بهدف إعداد مواطنيها لهذا المجتمع الجديد ، ولمواجهة تلک التحديات والتحولات لابد من التحرر من تقليدية التربية، والذى أصبح اليوم أمراً ضرورياً، وذلک بالانفتاح على تقنيات العصر التى فرضت نفسها على مجتمعاتنا العربية، وعلى بيئتنا التعليمية التعليمية، فلم يعد الهدف يقتصر ـ فقط ـ على اکتساب الطالب المعارف والحقائق، بل تعداه إلى تنمية مهاراته وقدراته وبناء شخصيته ليکون قادراً على التفاعل مع متغيرات العصر، ومن ثم ينعکس ذلک إيجاباً على المجتمع، فيصبح قادراً على توليد المعرفة، وإنتاجها ، ونشرها ، وتضييق الفجوة المعرفية الکبيرة بيننا وبين الدول التى وصلت إلى مرحلة مجتمع المعرفة
والخدمة الاجتماعية لا تقل أهمية عن العلوم الأخرى لتطوير سبل تعليمها، فهى مهنة لها مقوماتها الفنية وأساليبها العلمية التى يمکن تطويرها من خلال الاستفادة من وسائل تکنولوجيا التعليم الالکترونى فى إعداد الأخصائيون الاجتماعيون لمواکبة تطورات العصر
