استخدام استراتيجية التفاوض لمواجهة مشکلات الثأر في الريف المصري من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع دراسة مطبقة على أعضاء مکتب لجنة المصالحات بديوان عام محافظة قنا

ملخص البحث
تتحدد مشکلة الدراسة في ان المجتمع المصري في الوقت الراهن، يمر بمرحلة من التغيير على کافة أنظمته الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية، ينتج عن تلک التغيرات مشکلات اجتماعية، نتاج عوامل التغيير المتلاحقة والسريعة، ولا توجد وحدة اجتماعية بدون مشکلات اجتماعية، منها مشکلة الثأر في الريف المصري، وهي مشکلة قديمة وعلى الرغم من التحضر المتزايد، إلا أن الثأر لا يزال موجود في معظم المجتمعات الريفية، يتطلب ذلک التفاوض بين أطراف النزاع لمواجهته، من خلال إحضار الناس الذين يتنازعون حول بعض القضايا، والعمل على التوفيق بينهم.
وتعتمد هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من المفاهيم، تمثلت في (مفهوم التفاوض – مفهوم مشکلة الثأر – مفهوم لجنة المصالحات)، واستهدفت الدراسة تحديد ووصف التفاوض کاستراتيجية لمواجهة مشکلة الثأر في الريف المصري، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، کما اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استمارة استبيان لأعضاء لجنة المصالحات بديوان عام محافظة قنا مجال الدراسة، وطبقت الدراسة على أعضاء لجنة المصالحات بديوان عام محافظة قنا.
وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (18) مفردة، وهم إجمالي أعضاء لجنة المصالحات بديوان عام محافظة قنا، وطبقت الدراسة خلال الفترة من 13/3/ 2020م وحتى 17/5/2020م.
وانتهت الدراسة إلى ان التفاوض يمکن أن يسهم في مواجهة مشکلة الثأر في الريف المصري، من خلال الاحتکام إلى جهات فض النزاع، ومنها لجنة المصالحات بکل محافظة.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
The problem of the study is determined by the Egyptian society at the present time, It is undergoing a stage of change in all its social, economic and cultural systems, These changes result in social problems, The product of rapid and rapid change factors, There is no social unit without social problems, Including the problem of revenge in the Egyptian countryside, It is an old problem, despite increasing urbanization, However, revenge still exists in most rural societies, This requires negotiation between the parties to the conflict to confront it, By bringing in people who are disputing some issues, And to reconcile them.
This study is based on a set of concepts, It was represented in (the concept of negotiation - the concept of a vendetta problem - the concept of the reconciliation committee), The study aimed to define and describe negotiation as a strategy to confront the problem of revenge in the Egyptian countryside, This study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies, It also relied on a comprehensive social survey method, The study tools were represented in a questionnaire for the members of the reconciliations committee at the General Office of Qena Governorate, The study was applied to the members of the reconciliation committee at the General Office of Qena Governorate.
The study sample consisted of (18) singles, They are the total members of the reconciliation committee at the General Office of Qena Governorate, The study was applied during the period from 3/3/2020 AD until 17/5/2020 AD.
The study concluded that negotiation can contribute to facing the problem of revenge in the Egyptian countryside, By resorting to conflict resolution bodies, Including the reconciliation committee in each governorate.
