        هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد دور برنامج تکامل وکرامة في تحقيق أهداف الحماية الاجتماعية للفقراء، تحديد آليات برنامج تکافل وکرامة في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للمستفيدين من برامجه، تحديد الاليات المهنية المناسبة لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتحقيق أهداف برامج تکافل وکرامة، تحديد المعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية برنامج تکافل وکرامة، التوصل لرؤية مستقبلية لدعم الاليات المهنية اللازمة لتحسين جودة برنامج تکافل وکرامة. وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعى الشامل للاخصائيين الاجتماعين العاملين ببرنامج تکافل وکرامه، واعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على استمارة استبيان لتحديد آليات طريقة تنظيم المجتمع کمتغير في تحقيق أهداف برنامج تکافل وکرامة، تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على إدارة الساحل الاجتماعية وجميع وحداتها العاملة ببرنامج تکافل وکرامة، ادارة شبرا الاجتماعية وجميع وحداتها العاملة ببرنامج تکافل وکرامة، ادارة روض الفرج الاجتماعية وجميع وحداتها العاملة ببرنامج تکافل وکرامةوقدتحدد المجال البشرى للدراسة في الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين ببرنامج تکافل وکرامة بهذه الادارات والوحدات الاجتماعية وقد استغرق تطبيق الدراسة من 5/2/2020 الى 5/3/2020

        The current study aimed to define the role of the Takamul and Karama program in achieving the goals of social protection for the poor, to define the mechanisms of the Takaful and Karama program in achieving social protection for the beneficiaries of its programs, to determine the appropriate professional mechanisms for the method of community organization to achieve the goals of Takaful and Karama programs, to identify the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the Takaful program. And Karama, come up with a future vision to support the professional mechanisms needed to improve the quality of the Takaful and Karama program. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and the study used the comprehensive social survey methodology for social workers working in the Takaful and Dignity program, and the field study relied on a questionnaire form to determine the mechanisms of the method of community organization as a variable in achieving the goals of the Takaful and Karama program. This study was applied to the Coastal Social Administration and all its units Operating in the Takaful and Dignity program, the Shubra Social Administration and all its units operating in the Takaful and Dignity program, the Farag Social Roads Department and all its units operating in the Takaful and Dignity program. The human field of study may be defined in the social workers working in the Takaful and Dignity program in these departments and social units. 2020 to 3/5/2020
