فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الممارسة المبنية الأدلة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارات المشرف الأکاديمي للعمل مع الحالات الفردية

المستخلص: يعد التدريب الميداني في الخدمة الاجتماعية أحد الرکائز الاساسية لمساعدة الطلاب على ترجمة الأسلوب النظري إلى أسلوب تطبيقي ويعتبر المشرف الأکاديمي محوراً أساسياً من محاور العملية التعليمية لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية والتي تساعد في تحقيق أهداف التدريب الميداني وتطوير مستوى أداء المشرف الأکاديمي لمهارات العمل مع الحالات الفردية مما قد ينعکس إيجابياً على رفع مستوى اتقان طلاب التدريب الميداني لهذه المهارات وتسعي الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مهارات العمل مع الحالات الفردية للمشرف الأکاديمي لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية وتصميم برنامج تدريبي قائم على الممارسة المبنية على الادلة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارات العمل مع الحالات الفردية للمشرف الأکاديمي واختبار فعالية هذا البرنامج في تنمية المهارات المستهدفة والتي تمثلت في مهارة اجراء الدراسة والتقدير ومهارة التخطيط للتدخل ومهارة الملاحظة ومهارة الاتصال ومهارة إدارة وتوجيه المقابلة ومهارة تنفيذ برنامج التدخل ومهارة التقويم ومهارة الانهاء ومهارة المتابعة ومهارة استخدام الوسائل والتطبيقات وقد أثبت الدراسة فعالية برنامج تدريبي مبني على الممارسة المبنية على الادلة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارات العمل مع الحالات الفردية للمشرف الأکاديمي.

The effectiveness of an evidence-based practice-based training program in social work to develop the skills of the academic supervisor for working with individual cases
Abstract: Field training in social work  is one of the main pillars to help students translate the theoretical method into an applied method and the academic supervisor is one of the axes of the educational process for social service students, which helps in achieving the goals of field training and developing the performance of the academic supervisor positively to raise the level of mastery of field training students to these skills The current study available on the skills of working with individual cases of the academic supervisor of social work students and designing a training program based on nurses seeks evidence-based family in social service to develop Herat to work with individual cases of academic supervisor and testing the effectiveness of this program in developing the targeted skills, which were represented in the skill of conducting the study and appreciation, the skill of planning the intervention, the skill of observation, the skill of communication, the skill of managing and directing the interview, the skill of implementing the intervention program, the evaluation skill, the skill of termination, the skill of follow-up and the skill of using the means and applications. The study proved the effectiveness of a training program based on practice-based on evidence in social service to develop work skills with individual cases of the academic supervisor.
