الاحتياجات التدريبية لأخصائي الجماعة بمراکز الشباب للتعامل مع الازمات المجتمعية

 
الملخص:
استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لأخصائي الجماعة والتوصل إلي برنامج مقترح للاحتياجات التدريبية لأخصائي الجماعة للتعامل مع الأزمات المجتمعية، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (65) أخصائي وأخصائية بمراکز الشباب تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة استمارة استبيان بعد التحقق من الصدق والثبات، کشفت نتائج الدراسة أن أخصائي الجماعة تتمثل احتياجاتهم المعرفية فى التدريب علي استخدام وسائل التکنولوجيا الحديثة بما يتناسب مع متطلبات العمل مع الأزمات وأن أدوار الأخصائي مع المتضررين من الأزمات للعودة إلي استقرارهم الاجتماعي أهمها دور الوسيط- مصدر المعلومات وتتمثل احتياجاتهم المهارية فى التدريب علي المهارات المتقدمة وأهمها المهارة فى التسجيل الالکتروني والمهارة فى إدارة جلسات الجماعات الافتراضية عبر الإنترنت بالإضافة إلي المهارة فى العمل مع الفريق- وأنه توجد علاقة بين السن والمؤهل الدراسي وسنوات الخبرة والوظيفة والأحتياجات المعرفية وأيضا الاحتياجات المهارية للأخصائي للتعامل مع الأزمات المجتمعية من وجهة نظر أخصائي الجماعة بمراکز الشباب عينة الدراسة.

Summary:
The current study aimed to determine the training needs of the group specialist and arrive at a proposed program for the training needs of the group’s specialist to deal with community crises. The study sample consisted of (65) specialists and specialists in youth centers who were chosen by the random sampling method. The results of the study revealed that the group’s specialist’s knowledge needs are training in the use of modern technology means in line with the requirements of working with crises, and that the specialist’s roles with those affected by crises to return to their social stability are the most important of which is the role of the mediator - the source of information. Their skill needs are training in advanced skills and the most important of which is The skill in electronic registration and the skill in managing virtual groups sessions via the Internet in addition to the skill in working with the team - and that there is a relationship between age, academic qualification, years of experience, job, cognitive needs, as well as the skill needs of the specialist to deal with societal crises from the point of view of the group specialist in youth centers Study sample.
