المخاطر التى تتعرض لها الرائدات الريفيات فى ظل جائحة کورونا ودور الخدمة الاجتماعية فى التعامل معها

ملخص البحث:
تعتبر الخدمة الاجتماعية فى المجال الطبى من أهم مجالات الخدمة الاجتماعية التى تعمل فى المؤسسات الطبية بکافة أشکالها مثل المستشفيات الحکومية والتأمين الصحى والمراکز الطبية والوحدات الصحية حيث لها دورًا هامًا فى مساعدة تلک المؤسسات على تحقيق أهدافها.
 
فالرائدة الريفية تعمل کحلقة وصل بين الوحدة الصحية التى تعمل بها والتنظيمات الأخرى الموجودة فى المجتمع ، ويعتبر المجال الطبى من أهم المجالات التى تتعرض لها الرائدة الريفية لمخاطر سواء کانت مهنية أو صحية أو نفسية بسبب ضغط العمل بها فى ظل جائحة کورونا ، والتى من أبرزها التعرض للإصابة بهذا المرض القاتل والأمراض المعدية نتيجة العمل وعدم توفر التهوية اللازمة فى مقر عملهن ، أو أن الوحدات الصحية لا توفر الجوانتى أو القفازات أو الکمامات لهن أثناء العمل مما يعرضهن لمخاطر الاصابة بالأمراض إلى غير ذلک من المخاطر لذا لابد من أن تتوفر للرائدات الريفيات العاملات بالوحدات الصحية جميع المستلزمات الوقائية والتحصينات اللازمة لمنع انتشار العدوى.
 
ومن هذا المنطلق هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد المخاطر التى تتعرض لها الرائدات الريفيات فى ظل جائحة کورونا والتى تتمثل فى تحديد للمخاطر (المهنية والنفسية والصحية) والتوصل إلى دور مقترح للخدمة الاجتماعية لمواجهة هذه المخاطر.
 
وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية واستخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعى بالعينة وفق شروط معينة للرائدات الريفيات وعددهن (114) رائدة ريفية واستعانت الباحثة بمقياس المخاطر للکشف عن نتائج الدراسة وکشفت نتائج الدراسة أن هناک العديد من المخاطر التى تواجه الرائدات الريفيات بالوحدات الصحية فى ظل جائحة کورونا سواء کانت مخاطر (مهنية أو صحية أو نفسية) والتى ينبغى مواجهتها کما توصلنا فى النهاية لدور مقترح للخدمة الاجتماعية لمواجهة هذه المخاطر.

Social work in the medical field is considered one of the most important fields of social work that works in medical institutions of all kinds, such as government hospitals, health insurance, medical centers and health units, as it has an important role in helping these institutions achieve their goals. The Rural Pioneer acts as a link between the health unit in which she works and the other organizations in the community, The medical field is considered one of the most important fields to which the rural pioneer is exposed to risks, whether professional, health, or psychological, due to the pressure of working with them in light of the Corona pandemic, The most prominent of which is exposure to this deadly disease and infectious diseases as a result of work and the lack of necessary ventilation in their workplace. Or that the health units do not provide gloves, gloves or masks for them during work, which exposes them to the risks of disease and other risks. Therefore, the rural pioneers working in the health units must have all the preventive supplies and immunizations necessary to prevent the spread of infection. From this standpoint, the study aimed to identify the risks that rural women leaders are exposed to in light of the Corona pandemic, which is represented in identifying the risks (occupational, psychological and health) and to arrive at a proposed role for Social Work to confront these risks. This study is considered one of the descriptive and analytical studies. The researcher used the social survey method in the sample according to certain conditions for the (114) rural pioneers and the researcher used the risk scale to reveal the results of the study. The results of the study revealed that there are many risks facing rural women pioneers in health units in light of the Corona pandemic. Whether it is (occupational, health, or psychological) risks that must be faced, as we finally reached a proposed role for social work to face these risks.
