الأوضاع الاجتماعية للمتعافين من إدمان المخدرات في سلطنة عُمان "دراسة مطبقة على أعضاء زمالة المدمنين المجهولين"

ملخص الدراسة
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الکشف عن الأوضاع الاجتماعية للمتعافين من الإدمان في سلطنة عمان، والوصول إلى مقترحات؛ لتحسين أوضاعهم. وتعد الدراسة الحالية دراسة وصفيه تحليلية. اعتمدت المنهج المختلط، الذي طُبق باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لأعضاء زمالة المدمنين المجهولين، وعددهم (١١٩)، والعاملين في برنامج تکيف البالغ عددهم (١٧). بينما استهدف المسح الاجتماعي الشامل الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمجال الإدمان وعددهم (٥)، ومرشدي التعافي وعددهم (١٠).
اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على أداتين: الأولى، أداة الاستبيان التي طُبقت على أعضاء الزمالة المستهدفين، والثانية، دليل المقابلة الذي طُبّقَ على الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال، ومرشدي التعافي، وکذلک العاملين في برنامج تکيف.
کشفت نتائج الدراسة وجود اتجاهات إيجابية من أغلب المتعافين نحو أوضاعهم الاجتماعية، وأکدت على أن شبکات الدعم الاجتماعي، مثل: الأسرة، الأصدقاء، الجيران، المجتمع؛ قائمة بدورها في دعم المتعافي وتشجيعه، وإعطائه فرصة لإثبات تعافيه، مما أسهم في التأثير الإيجابي في حياته الاجتماعية. بجانب ذلک؛ أوضحت أيضًا وجود بعض من الجوانب الاجتماعية  ما تزال متأثرة بفعل الإدمان.
قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات العملية؛ لتحسين أوضاع المتعافين من إدمان المخدرات، وتذليل صعوباتهم في مرحلة تعافيهم بما يُسّهل اندماجهم الإيجابي في المجتمع، وأبرزها: تفعيل حلقة الوصل المفقودة بين المتعافي والمصحات العلاجية ومؤسسات المجتمع.

The social conditions of those recovering from drug addiction in the Sultanate of Oman
Abstract
This recent study aimed to unveil the social situations of recovering addicts in the Sultanate of Oman, and it shares suggestions to make the life of recovering addicts much better. This study is an analytical & descriptive study .
It adopted the mixed method, which was applied using the social survey method by a sample for Narcotics Anonymous (NA) members (119), and (17) workers in the adaptation program. While the comprehensive social survey targeted (5) social workers working in the field of addiction, and (10) recovery counselors. There were two main tools that were used in this study. First, a questionnaire that was given to (NA) members, and the second was an interview with social workers, recovery counselor and members workers in the adaptive program.
The results of the study revealed that there are positive trends from most recovering addicts towards their social conditions. It confirmed that the social support networks, such as: family, friends, neighbors, and society are playing a major role in in supporting and encouraging the recovered, and giving him an opportunity to prove his recovery, which contributed to the positive impact on his social life. beside that; It also showed that there are some social situations still affected by addiction.
The study presented a number of recommendations to make the conditions of recovering addicts better and helps them come over any future difficulties. Also it aims make the positive and active members in the society and ease their blending. These recommendations are, first there should be an active medium between the recovering addict and the treatment institutions in the society.
