متطلبات تطبيق التعليم الهجين من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية
استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد متطلبات تطبيق التعليم الهجين (بين التعليم التقليدى والتعليم الالکترونى) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية. تمثل نوع الدراسة في الدراسـة الوصفية التحليلية. واعتمد الباحث على استخدام المنهجين الکمى لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، والکيفى لاستخلاص النتائج من تلک البيانات. تم إجراء الدراسة خلال الفترة من 23/7/2020م إلى 22/11/2020م، وتم إجراء الدراسة على عدد (248) عضو هيئة تدريس.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى المتطلبات المعرفية، والمهارية، والتقنية لتطبيق التعليم الهجين من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية مرتفع القوة، کما طرحت الدراسة الحالية بعض المقترحات التي قد تسهم في تحقيق متطلبات تطبيق التعليم الهجين بکليات ومعاهد الخدمة الاجتماعية، والتغلب على صعوبات تطبيقه.

Requirements for the application of hybrid Learning from the viewpoint of academic staff in colleges and institutes of social work
ABSTRACT
The current study aimed to define the requirements for applying hybrid learning (between traditional education and e-learning) from the viewpoint of academic staff  in the colleges and institutes of social work.The type of study is represented in the descriptive and analytical study. The researcher relied on using two quantitative approaches to collect and analyze data, and how to extract results from that data. The study was conducted during the period from 7/23/2020 to 11/22/2020 AD, and the study was conducted on (248) academic staff.
The study concluded that the level of knowledge, skill and technical requirements for applying hybrid learning from the viewpoint of academic staff in the colleges and institutes of social work is of high strength
The current study also put forth some proposals that may contribute to achieving the requirements of applying hybrid learning in colleges and institutes of social work, and overcoming the difficulties of implementing it.
