دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية الخبرات الإجتماعية لدي الشباب

اولا : ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية
أولا : مشکلة الدراسة :
هناک العديد من الخبرات الإجتماعية التى يجب أن يکتسبها الشباب وخاصة فى الوقت الراهن بما يتضمنه من تحديات وثورات عقلية وذهنية حول الشباب المصرى ومحاولات التلاعب بهم والضغط الفکرى عليهم ومحاولة التأثير على مستوى الإنتماء والمواطنة لديهم بسبب نقص خبراتهم .
کما ان البعد الثاني من أبعاد التنمية المستدامة (2030)وهو بعد تنمية الموارد البشرية ويؤکد على التنمية بالناس ويقصد به مشارکة الشباب وتشجيعهم على المشارکة في إدارة التنمية وتخطيط وتنفيذ وتقويم مشروعاتها ومن اهم الفئات المستهدفة في هذا البعد من التنمية المستدامة هم الشباب .
وذلک کان لابد من تکاتف کافة المهن والتخصصات للعمل علي تنمية الخبرات الإجتماعية لدي الشباب وخاصة مهنة الخدمة الإجتماعية بإعتبارها مهنة متخصصة في العمل مع کافة المراحل والأنساق الإجتماعية . وذلک من خلال استخدام الوسائل والأساليب المناسبة للعمل مع جماعات الشباب کوسائل التعبير في خدمة الجماعة . سواء کانت اللفظية منها أو غير اللفظية وتفعيل دورها في تنمية خبرات الشباب .
ثانيا : اهداف الدراسة :
- تسعي الدراسة الحالية الي تحقيق هدف رئيسي مؤداه :-

·        " تحديد دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة فى تنمية الخبرات الإجتماعية لدى الشباب "
·        ويتفرع من هذا الهدف عدة أهداف فرعية :-

1 – تحديد دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي الإيجابي للشباب مع الآخرين .
2 – تحديد دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية تفاعل الشباب مع قضايا المجتمع المعاصر .
3 – تحديد دور وسائل التعبير في تنمية المشارکة الاجتماعية الايجابية لدى الشباب .
4 –تحديد دور اخصائي الجماعة في تفعيل دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية الخبرات الاجتماعية لدى الشباب .
ثالثا : تسؤلات الدراسة :

·        تسعى هذه الدراسة الى الإجابة على تساؤل رئيسي مؤداه " ما دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة فى تنمية الخبرات الإجتماعية لدى الشباب؟
ويتفرع من هذا التساؤل مجموعة تساؤلات فرعية کالآتى :

1 – ما دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي للشباب مع الآخرين؟
2 – ما دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية تفاعل الشباب مع قضايا المجمتمع المعاصر ؟
3 - ما دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية المشارکة الاجتماعية الايجابية لدى الشباب ؟
4 – ما دور اخصائي الجماعة في تفعيل استخدام وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية الخبرات الاجتماعية لدى الشباب؟
رابعا : مفاهيم الدراسة :

خامسا : نوع الدراسة :
تنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات الوصفية والتي تهدف الي التعرف علي دور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية الخبرات الاجتماعية لدي الشباب ، وذلک من خلال جمع المعلومات والحقائق عن وسائل التعبير واهمية دورها في تنمية خبرات الشباب وفق معايير علمية ومهنية ، وما دور اخصائي الجماعة لتفعيل استخدام وسائل التعبير في تنمية خبرات الشباب .
سادسا : المنهج المستخدم :
اعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بنوعيه الشامل وبالعينه .
سابعا : ادوات الدراسة :
اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة علي اداتين رئيسيتين هما :
1- استمارة الاستبيان للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في مراکز الشباب
2- دليل مقابلة للخبراء والمتخصصين .
ثامنا : مجالات الدراسة :
1- المجال المکاني :
جميع مراکز الشباب والرياضة في مرکز اطسا / التابع لمحافظة الفيوم وعددهم (37) مرکز شباب .
2- المجال البشري :
اجريت هذه الدراسة علي جميع الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمراکز الشباب والرياضة في مرکز اطسا وعددهم (71) اخصائي اجتماعي .
3- المجال الزمني :
فترة اجراء الدراسة نظريا وعمليا .
تاسعا : نتائج الدراسة :
اجابت الدراسة علي التساؤل الرئيسي لها والذي اشار الي "مادور وسائل التعبير لطريقة خدمة الجماعة في تنمية الخبرات الاجتماعية لدي الشباب" وهذا التساؤل اتضح من خلال الاجابة علي التساؤلات الفرعية التي اوضحت دور هذه الوسائل في تنمية خبرة التفاعل الاجتماعي مع الاخرين ، وخبرة التفاعل الايجابي مع قضايا المجتمع المعاصر ، وخبرة المشارکة الايجابية ، الخبرة في تکوين علاقات اسرية ناجحة ، الخبرة في الاتصال الاجتماعي الناجح .

Problem of the study:-
Therefore, there are many social experiences that youth should acquire, especially at the present time, including mental and mental challenges and revolutions around the Egyptian youth and attempts to manipulate them and intellectual pressure on them and try to influence the level of belonging and citizenship they have.
And that it was necessary to unite all professions and disciplines to work on developing the social experiences of youth , especially the profession of social group work, as it is a profession specialized in working with all stages and social contexts. This is through the use of appropriate means and methods to work with youth groups as means of expression in the social group work.
Aims of the study:-
The current study seeks to achieve a major aim :
"Defining the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing social experiences for youth .
This branch has several sub-Aims :
1. Defining the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing positive social interaction of youth with others.
2. Determine the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing youth interaction with contemporary society issues.
3. Determine the role of the means of expression in developing positive social participation for youth.
4. Dete`rmine the role of the social workers in activating the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing social experiences for youth .
Questions of the study:
This study seeks to answer a major question, "What is the role of the means of expression in group work to develop the social experiences for youth ?
This sub-group is sub-divided into the following questions:

What is the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing the social interaction of youth with others?
What is the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing youth interaction with contemporary society issues?
What is the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing positive social participation for youth ?
What is the role of the social group worker in activating the use of the means of expression for social group work in developing social experiences for youth ?

Type of the Study:
This study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies that aims to identify the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing the social experiences for youth , by collecting information and facts about the means of expression and the importance of its role in developing the experiences of youth according to scientific and professional standards, and what is the role of the social worker to activate Using methods of expression in developing the experiences of youth.
The curriculum used:
The study relied on the methodology of social survey with its comprehensive and sample types.
Study tools:
In this study, the researcher relied on two main tools:

Questionnaire form for social workers that working in youth centers
An interview guide for experts and specialists.

Fields of study:
1- Place field :
All youth and sports centers in the Etsa Center / affiliated to Fayoum Governorate, and they are (37) youth centers.
2- Human Field :
This study was conducted on all social workers working in youth and sports centers in the Etsa Center, and they number (71) social workers.
3- Time field :
The period for conducting the study, theoretically and practically.
The study results:
The study answered the main question that referred to "the role of the means of expression for social group work in developing the social experiences for youth " and this question was clarified by answering the sub-questions that clarified the role of these means in developing the experience of social interaction with others, and the experience of positive interaction with issues Contemporary society, positive participation experience, experience in building successful family relationships, experience in successful social communication.
