آليات الحماية المجتمعية بالمنظمات الدولية لمواجهة مشکلات اللاجئين بالمجتمع المصري

ملخص الدراسة
تمثلت مشکلة الدراسة الحالية في تحديد آليات الحماية المجتمعية بالمنظمات الدولية لمواجهة مشکلات اللاجئين بالمجتمع المصري. وتحددت أهداف الدراسة في الآتي:
1-   تحديد المشکلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية التى تواجه اللاجئين فى المجتمع المصرى لتحقيق الحماية المجتمعية لديهم . 
2-   تحديد احتياجات اللاجئين فى المجتمع المصرى لتحقيق الحماية المجتمعية لديهم. 
3-   تحديد الصعوبات التى تعوق اللاجئين التى تعوق تحقيق الحماية المجتمعية للاجئين فى المجتمع المصرى . 
4-   تقديم عدد من المقترحات لمواجهة المعوقات التى تعوق تحقيق الحماية المجتمعية للاجئين فى المجتمع المصرى.
أهم نتائج الدراسة : تم الإجابة عن جميع تساؤلات الدراسة ، وأهمها تحديد بعض آليات الحماية المجتمعية بالمنظمات الدولية لمواجهة مشکلات اللاجئينن بالمجتمع المصري.
ومن توصيات / مقترحات الدراسة :
1-     أهمية استخدام مهارة اللوبى لدعم قضايا اللاجئين.
2-     ضرورة ممارسة الضغط على المسئولين لتوفير الدعم اللازم.
3-     أهمية تنظيم الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة لرفع کفاءة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسة.
4-     أهمية الاستعانة بمتخصصين ذوى خبرة فى ممارسة برامج جماعات اللاجئين.

Community organization Lecturer at the Higher Institute of Social Work, Kafr El Sheikh
The problem of the current study was to define the mechanisms of community protection in international organizations to confront the refugees problems in the Egyptian society. The aims of the study were defined as follows:
1-    Identifying the social, economic and psychological problems that refugees face in the Egyptian society to achieve their societal protection.
2-    Determining the needs of refugees in the Egyptian society to achieve their societal protection.
3-    Identifying the difficulties hindering the refugees that hinder achieving societal protection for refugees in the Egyptian society.
4-    Presenting a number of recommendations  to confront the obstacles that hinder achieving societal protection for refugees in the Egyptian society.
The most important results of the study: all the study questions were answered, the most important of which was the identification of some community protection mechanisms in international organizations to confront the refugees problems in the Egyptian society.
Among the recommendations of the study:
1-    The importance of using the lobby's skill to support refugee issues.
2-    The necessity to exert pressure on officials to provide the necessary support.
3-    The importance of organizing specialized training courses to raise the efficiency of social workers in the institution.
4-    The importance of seeking assistance from specialists with experience in practicing refugee groups' programs.
