الملخص
     استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد طبيعة اسهامات المنظمات الأهلية في تمکين الأسر الفقيرة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030. وذلک من خلال استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لأعضاء مجالس الإدارة والمديرين التنفيذيين ومديري البرامج بالمنظمات الأهلية العاملة في مجال التنمية المحلية الريفية (بمرکز ميت غمر – دقهلية). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التمکين الاجتماعي للأسر الفقيرة جاء مرتفع بقوة نسبية 82.05%، يليه التمکين الصحي للأسر الفقيرة جاء متوسط بقوة نسبية 65.17%، يليه التمکين الاقتصادي جاء متوسط بقوة نسبية 63.30%، ثم التمکين التعليمي جاء متوسط بقوة نسبية 62.27%. وجاءت مؤشرات تنمية قدرات الأسر الفقيرة، کأحد المحاور الأساسية للتمکين الأسري والمجتمعي متوسطة بقوة نسبية 65.91%.

Contributions of non-governmental organizations to empowering poor families in light of Egypt's vision 2030
"Study by Community Organization method"
Abstract
The current study aims to determine the contributions of NGOs in empowering poor families and integrating them in the light of Egypt's 2030 vision. This done through using a comprehensive social survey methodology for members of boards of directors, executive directors and program managers of NGOs working in the field of rural local development (MitGhamr - Dakahlia). The results of the study concluded that the social empowerment of poor families was high with relative strength 82.05%, followed by health empowerment for poor families came with an average with relative strength of 65.17%, followed by economic empowerment came with an average with relative strength 63.30%, then educational empowerment came on average with relative strength 62.27%. The indicators of developing the capacities of poor families, as one of the main axes of family and community empowerment, were medium with relative strength of 65.91%.
