الأمن الاجتماعي للمعاقين وتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة دراسة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع

الملخص:
ظهرت التنمية المستدامة کوسيلة ورؤية جديدة للتغلب على المشکلات المجتمعية، وتدعو للعودة الى التوافق مع الطبيعة مرة أخرى داخل کل مجتمع حيث تکتسب دلالتها الحقيقية من التقدم القائم وفق قضية أخلاقية وإنسانية تجاه أجيال الحاضر والمستقبل، وتعتبر التنمية المستدامة نهج حياة أو أسلوب معيشة ونظرية تقوم على التفکير بطريقة شمولية متکاملة مرتبطة ضمن مجموعة من العلاقات والتفاعلات بين الاعتبارات الاجتماعية، وهناک الکثير من العقبات والتحديات التى تواجه التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة ومن بين هذه التحديات الداخلية عدم استغلال الموارد البشرية وخاصة فئة المعاقين، وقد اکدت الاتجاهات العالمية على اهمية تقديم الحماية والرعاية والأمن الاجتماعي من قبل المجتمع ومؤسساته لفئة المعاقين وهناک ارتباط وثيق بين التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق الامن الاجتماعي حيث تهدف التنمية المستدامة الى تحقيق تنمية منصفة وشاملة عن طريق تعزيز قدرات وفرص الفئات الکثر ضعفا وتهميشاً فى المجتمع، لذلک يعتبر من ضمن اهداف التنمية المستدامة هو تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي لذا تسعي الدراسة الى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين الامن الاجتماعي لفئة المعاقين وتحقيق ابعاد التنمية المستدامة، وقد انتمت هذه الدراسة الى نمط الدراسات الوصفية واستخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة طردية بين الأمن الاجتماعي للمعاقين وتحقيق ابعاد الامن الاجتماعي حيث بلغت قيمة الارتباط(0.591) وهي دالة عند مستوي (0.01)

Sustainable development has emerged as a new method and vision to overcome societal problems, and it calls for a return to harmony with nature again within every society, as it gains its true significance from the existing progress according to an ethical and humanitarian cause towards present and future generations, and sustainable development is considered a way of life or a way of life and a theory based on thinking In a holistic, integrated manner linked within a set of relationships and interactions between social considerations, and there are many obstacles and challenges facing comprehensive and sustainable development, and among these internal challenges is the non-exploitation of human resources, especially the handicapped group, and global trends have emphasized the importance of providing protection, care and social security by society. And its institutions for the disabled category, and there is a close link between sustainable development and achieving social security, as sustainable development aims to achieve equitable and comprehensive development by enhancing the capabilities and opportunities of the most vulnerable and marginalized groups in society, so it is considered among the goals of sustainable development is to achieve social security, so the study seeks to determine the nature of The relationship between social security for the handicapped and achieving the dimensions of education Sustainable development, and this study belonged to the type of descriptive studies and used the comprehensive social survey method, The results of the study resulted in the existence of a direct relationship between the social security of the disabled and achieving the dimensions of social security, where the value of the correlation reached (0.591). It is a significant at the level (0.01).
