فعالية برنامج تدريبي مبنى على فنيات "العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام" في خدمة الفرد وتنمية الشعور بالسعادة لدى الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المجال الطبي

ملخص الدراسة:
تعتبر الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية أحد مجالات ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية والتى تعتمد بشکل رئيسي على خبرات ومهارات وأساليب الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي في مساعدة المريض وأسرته، ومساعدة الطبيب وهيئة التمريض وإدارة المستشفى ومساعدة المجتمع في الوقاية والعلاج من الأمراض المختلفة ذات الأبعاد الاجتماعية على وجه الخصوص.
واستهدفت هذه الدراسة تحديد فعالية برنامج تدريبى مبنى على فنيات العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام فى خدمة الفرد وتنمية الشعور بالسعادة لدى الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين فى المجال الطبى.
وتکونت عينة هذه الدراسة من (15)أخصائي اجتماعى تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (30-55عاماً)، واستخدمت مقياس السعادة لدى هؤلاء الاخصائيين (إعداد الباحثة).
ولقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى صحة الفرض الرئيسى "يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطى رتب درجات التطبيق القبلى والبعدى لاستمارة قياس فعالية برنامج تدريبى مبنى على فنيات العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام فى خدمة الفرد وتنمية الشعور بالسعادة لدى الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين فى المجال الطبى.
ومن ثم تحقق صحة الفروض الفرعية الأربعة المرتبطة ببعد السعادة المهنية، والسعادة مع العملاء، والسعادة مع الزملاء والعاملين، والسعادة الأسرية .

Abstract
Medical social work is one of the fields of social work practice, which mainly depends on the experiences, skills and means of the medical social worker in helping the patient and his or her family, assisting the doctor, the nursing staff, the hospital administration, and helping the community in the prevention and treatment of various diseases with social dimensions in particular.
This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a training program based on the techniques of treatment with acceptance and commitment in social casework method and developing a sense of happiness among social workers in the medical field.
The sample of this study consisted of (15) social workers whose ages ranged between (30-55 years), and the researcher build a happiness scale, and applied it on these social workers.
The results of the study reached the validity of the main hypothesis, “There was a statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the degrees of pre and post application of the form for measuring the effectiveness of a training program based on the techniques of treatment with acceptance and commitment in social casework method and developing a sense of happiness among social workers in the medical field.
Then, the four sub-hypotheses related to the dimensions of professional happiness, happiness with clients, happiness with colleagues and workers, and family happiness were verified.
