المتابعة کآلية لضمان تنفيذ خطة التربية الاجتماعية المدرسة دراسة مطبقة على ادارة أبوحمص التعليمية

مستخلص الدراسة :
        تعتبر التربية الاجتماعية من الأقسام الحيوية فى تحقيق أهداف المؤسسات التعليمية وهى فى سبيل تحقيق أهدافها تعمل من خلال خطط واضحة ومحددة ،وتستهدف تلک الخطط النهوض بالعملية التعليمية فى کل المراحل وبناء على ما ذلک هدفت الدراسة إلى: تحديد طبيعة دور المتابعة فى تنفيذ خطة التربية الاجتماعية بإدارة ابو حمص التعليمية . انطلاقاً من مشکلة الدراسة واتساقاً مع أهدافها تم تحديد نوع الدراسة وهي (دراسة وصفية تحليلية) اعتمدت الدراسة الراهنة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي ، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة بإدارة ابو حمص التعليمية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة البحيرة طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بنطاق إدارة أبوحمص التعليمة قوامها (70) مفردة تمثل نسبة (50%) من إجمالي عدد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والبالغ عددهم (139) أخصائي اجتماعي ، وحصر شامل للسادة موجهي التربية الاجتماعية  بإدارة ابو حمص التعليمية وعددهم (10) مفردة . توصلت نتائجها إلى طبيعة دور المتابعة فى تنفيذ خطة التربية الاجتماعية على الأبعاد التالية : تحمل المسؤلية , نمو الشخصية , اشباع الاحتياجات ، ممارسة الأنشطة ، تربية القيادات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة.

Study abstract:
        Social education is considered one of the vital departments in achieving the goals of educational institutions, and in order to achieve its goals it works through clear and specific plans, and these plans aim to advance the educational process in all stages and based on that. The study aimed to: Determine the nature of the follow-up role in implementing the social education plan in the administration Abu Homs educational. Based on the problem of the study and in line with its objectives, the type of study was determined, which is (a descriptive and analytical study). The current study relied on the approach of the social survey, and the study was applied at the Abu Homs educational administration of the Education Directorate in Buhaira governorate applied to a simple random sample of social workers working in the Department Abu Homs Education consists of (70) items, representing 50% of the total number of social workers, whose number is (139) social workers, and a comprehensive survey of the social education directors in the Abu Homs Educational Administration, their number (10) individuals. Its results reached the nature of the follow-up role in implementing the social education plan on the following dimensions: assuming responsibility, personal growth, satisfying needs, practicing activities, and educating leaders at a moderate degree.
