ملخص البحث:-
هدف البحث إلي الخروج بمؤشرات تخطيطية تفيد في بناء قدرات الجمعيات الأهلية في مجال الحد من الإستبعاد الإجتماعي للفقراء, حيث يعاني الفقير من نقص في الخدمات الصحية والتعليمية والتأهيلية مما ينتج عنه آثر کبير في احساس الفقير بالإستبعاد الإجتماعي. من هنا نجد إن الجمعيات الأهلية لها عظيم الآثر في الحد من أستبعادهم؛ وبناء علي ذلک تم طبيق استمارة استبيان علي أعضاء الجمعيات الأهلية واستمارة استبار علي المستفيدين من خدمات تلک الجمعيات.وکان عنوان کلا من استمارة الاستبيان والاستبار" مؤشرات تخطيطية لبناء قدرات الجمعيات الأهلية في الحد من الإستبعاد الإجتماعي للفقراء. وتکون کل من الاستبيان والاستبار من ثلاث ابعاد فرعية وهي: -ما مدي فاعلية الجمعيات الأهلية في الحد من الإستبعاد التعليمي للفقراء- ما مدي فاعلية الجمعيات الأهلية في الحد من الإستبعاد الصحي للفقراء- ما مدي فاعلية الجمعيات الأهلية في الحد من الإستبعاد التأهيلي  للفقراء. وتکونت تلک الابعاد من (28) عبارة للأستبيان وايضا (28) عبارة للاستبار. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الکمي والکيفي في تحليل وتفسير نتائج البحث, وتوصل البحث إلي مجموعة من النتائج کان أهمها ضعف دور الجمعيات الأهلية في الحد من الإستبعاد الإجتماعي للفقراء.

Research Summary:-
The aim of the research is to come up with planning indicators that benefit the capacity building of NGOs in the area of ​​reducing the social exclusion of the poor, as the poor suffers from a lack of health, educational and rehabilitative services, which results in a significant impact on the poor's sense of social exclusion. From here, we find that civil associations have a great influence in limiting their exclusion. Accordingly, a questionnaire form was applied to members of NGOs and a questionnaire form was applied to the beneficiaries of the services of those societies. The title of both the questionnaire and the inquiry form was “planning indicators to build the capacities of NGOs in reducing the social exclusion of the poor. Each questionnaire and inquiry consisted of three sub-dimensions. Which: - The role of eligibility in reducing the educational exclusion of the poor - An educational role for the poor. These dimensions shall consist of (28) phrases for the questionnaire and also (28) phrases for inquiry. The best results in the field of study, the best results in the field of research, and the best results in the field of education and research training in the quantitative and qualitative curriculum.
