أليات المجتمع المدني في حماية الشباب من مخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية.

ملخص البحث:
     تعتبر تلک الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي إستخدمت منهج المسح الإجتماعي وإستهدفت تلک الدراسة تحديد دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في حمايه الشباب من مخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية، وتحديد الأليات التي تستخدمها منظمات المجتمع المدني في حمايه  الشباب من مخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية، وتحديد المعوقات التي تواجه منظمات المجتمع المدني في القيام بدورها لحمايه الشباب من مخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية للشباب، وقد إستخدمت تلک الدراسة أداة الإستبيان وتم التأکد من صدقها وثباتها، وتم إستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المختلفة، وقد توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية بأن أهم أدوار منظمات المجتمع المدني توعية المهاجرين وأسرهم بخطورة الهجرة غير الشرعية، وهناک مجموعة من الأليات سواء التقليدية أو الحديثة تستخدمها منظمات المجتمع المدني للتوعية بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية للشباب کما أن هناک مجموعة من المعوقات سواء الإدارية أو التنظيمية أو التشريعية تواجه تلک المنظمات في القايام بدورها.

Abstract:
     This study is considered one of the descriptive studies that used the social survey methodology. This study aimed to define the role of civil society organizations in protecting youth from the dangers of illegal immigration, and to identify the mechanisms used by civil society organizations in protecting young people from the dangers of illegal immigration, and to identify the obstacles facing community organizations. Civil society in carrying out its role to protect young people from the dangers of illegal immigration of young people, and this study used the questionnaire tool, and its validity and reliability were verified, and a group of different statistical methods were used, and the study reached the following results that the most important roles of civil society organizations are to educate immigrants and their families about the danger of immigration. Legitimacy, and there is a set of mechanisms, whether traditional or modern, that civil society organizations use to raise awareness of the dangers of illegal migration for young people. There is also a set of obstacles, whether administrative, organizational, or legislative, that these organizations face in carrying out their role.
