واقع استخدام استراتيجيات مشارکة المواطنين في دعم مشروعات جمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي

الملخص:-
تعد مشارکة المواطنين العمود الفقري لتحقيق التنمية المرجوه للمجتمع  خاصة في ظل التحديات المعاصرة التي تفرض نفسها علي الساحة المحلية والدولية، وتتضح أهميتها في تنمية المجتمع المحلي کونها تتيح الفرصة لمختلف فئات المجتمع للمساهمة  الإيجابية في مساندة ودعم وتنفيذ المشروعات التنموية بجمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي، باعتبار أن هذه الجمعيات التعبير الحقيقي  لمشارکة المواطنين في المجتمع. وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي تحديد الواقع الفعلي لإستخدام إستراتيجات مشارکة المواطنين في دعم مشروعات جمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي، ثم التوصل إلي رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتفعيل استخدام استراتيجيات مشارکة المواطنين في دعم مشروعات جمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي، و أهم نتائجها أن مستوى استخدام استراتيجيات مشارکة المواطنين في دعم مشروعات جمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي متوسط کما يحددها المسئولين والمواطنين المشارکين، کما أکدت نتائج الدراسة أن إستراتيجية العلاج التعليمي وإستراتيجية الامداد بالموظفين" جذب المتطوعين "من أهم استراتيجيات مشارکة المواطنين في دعم مشروعات جمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي کما يحددها المواطنين المشارکين، أما من وجهة نظر المسئولين کانت إستراتيجية العلاج التعليمي وإستراتيجية قوة المجتمع من أهم استراتيجيات مشارکة المواطنين في دعم مشروعات جمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي ، وانتهت بوضع رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتفعيل استخدام استراتيجيات مشارکة المواطنين في دعم مشروعات جمعيات تنمية المجتمع المحلي.

Abstract : Citizen participation is the backbone to achieve the desired development of the community, especially in light of the contemporary challenges that impose themselves on the local and international arena, and its importance in the development of the local community is evident as it provides the opportunity for the various groups of society to contribute positively to the support, support and implementation of development projects in the local community development associations, considering that these Associations are the true expression of citizens' participation in society. The current study aimed to determine the actual reality of using citizen participation strategies to support the projects of local community development associations, and then arrive at a proposed future vision from the perspective of how the community is organized to activate the use of citizen participation strategies in supporting the projects of local community development associations, And the most important results of its results are that the level of using citizen participation strategies in supporting the projects of local community development associations is average as determined by the officials and participating citizens. The results of the study also confirmed that the educational treatment strategy and the strategy of providing employees with "attracting volunteers" is one of the most important strategies for citizens' participation in supporting the projects of local community development associations. As determined by the participating citizens, and from the officials' point of view, the educational treatment strategy and the community strength strategy were among the most important strategies for citizens' participation in supporting community development associations' projects, and ended with the development of a proposed future vision from the perspective of how the community is organized to activate the use of citizen participation strategies in support of development societies projects local society
