يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة فى " التخطيط لتطوير برنامج الخدمة العامة لتحقيق أهدافه بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية ، وتنتمى الدراسة الحالية الى الدراسات الوصفية واعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي ، باستخدام (مقياس حول فاعلية برنامج الخدمة العامة في تحقيق أهدافه بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية) وتم تطبيقها علي عينه من الأعضاء قوامها (186) مفردة ، وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة  فى تحديد اهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق برنامج الخدمة العامة لتحقيق أهدافه بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية وکذلک. تحديد الرؤية المستقبلية لتطوير دور برنامج الخدمة العامة بتحقيق أهدافه بمؤسسات الخدمات الاجتماعية

The main objective of the study is "planning to develop a public service program to achieve its goals in social services institutions. The current study belongs to descriptive studies. The study relied on the method of social survey, using (a measure about the effectiveness of the public service program in achieving its goals in social services institutions) and it was applied to the same. Of the members, its strength is (186) individuals, and the results of the study were proven in identifying the most important obstacles that prevent the achievement of the public service program to achieve its objectives in social services institutions, as well as.
