المواطنة الرقمية وتحقيق الأمن الفکري لدى الشباب الجامعي دراسة مطبقة على عينة من طلاب کلية الخدمة الاجتماعية- جامعة اسيوط

الملخص: الامن الفکرى يعتبر عملية محورية يجب غرسها فى نفوس الشباب الجامعى، لما لها من أهمية فى التصدى لکافة المؤثرات والانحرافات الفکرية، والمواطنة الرقمية لها دور کبير في فهم الشباب الجامعى للقضايا الانسانية والثقافية والاجتماعية ذات الصلة بالتکنولوجيا وممارسة السلوکيات الاخلاقية والشرعية، حيث هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد مستوى أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية لدى الشباب الجامعي، وتحديد مستوى أبعاد الأمن الفکري لدى الشباب الجامعي، وتحديد أکثر أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية ارتباطاً بتحقيق الأمن الفکري لدى الشباب الجامعي، وتحددت نوع الدراسة بانها دراسة وصفية واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعى بالعينة لطلاب الفرقة الرابعة بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة أسيوط، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ضرورة اکساب الطلاب المعارف والمعلومات والمهارات الرقمية اللازمة للتعامل مع المجتمع الرقمى، وتنمية وعى الشباب بحقوقهم ومسئولياتهم الرقمية وبمخاطر الاستخدام السئ للتکنولوجيا الرقمية، والعمل على بناء الشخصية المصرية السوية المتوازنة وتعزيز ثقافة الحوار وقبول الآخر من خلال تعزيز الفکر الديني المعتدل لصحيح الدين تطلع بها الجامعة.

Abstract: Intellectual security is considered a pivotal process that must be implanted in the hearts of university youth, because of its importance in addressing all influences and intellectual deviations, and digital citizenship has a great role in the university youth’s understanding of human, cultural and social issues related to technology and the practice of moral and legal behaviors. Hence, the study aimed to determine the level Dimensions of digital citizenship among university youth, determining the level of the dimensions of intellectual security among university youth, identifying the dimensions of digital citizenship most related to achieving intellectual security among university youth, , The type of study was defined as a descriptive study, and the study relied on the method of social survey in the sample for students of the fourth year at the Faculty of Social Service, Assiut University, and the results of the study concluded that the students should acquire knowledge, information and digital skills necessary to deal with the digital community, and to develop youth awareness of their digital rights and responsibilities and the dangers of misuse of digital technology. And working on building a normal, balanced Egyptian personality, promoting a culture of dialogue and acceptance of the other by promoting the moderate religious thought of true religion that the university aspires.
