فاعلية برامج الحماية الاجتماعية لذوى الإعاقة السمعية من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية

تهدف الدراسة إلى التوصل إلى برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتفعيل برامج الحماية الاجتماعية لذوي الإعاقة السمعية، وتمثلت تساؤلات الدراسة في: ما أبعاد البرنامج المقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتفعيل برامج الحماية الاجتماعية لذوي الإعاقة السمعية؟
والدراسة من نمط الدراسات التقيمية. وتم استخدم منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمسئولين بالجمعيات الأهلية وعددهم (35) مفردة، والمسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لذوي الإعاقة السمعية وعددهم (146) مفردة.
تم جمع البيانات المطلوبة بواسطة الأدوات التالية : دليل مقابلة شبه مقنن للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمسئولين بالجمعيات الأهلية ، استمارة استبيان لذوي الإعاقة السمعية. وکانت من أهم نتائج الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى معنوية (0,01) بين أبعاد فاعلية برامج الحماية الاجتماعية لذوي الإعاقة السمعية )توافق برامج الحماية الاجتماعية مع توقعات المستفيدين، وتطوير برامج الحماية الاجتماعية لصالح المستفيدين، وقدرة برامج الحماية الاجتماعية على مواجهة وحل مشکلات المستفيدين، وسهولة إجراءات الاستفادة من برامج الحماية الاجتماعية، وأبعاد فاعلية برامج الحماية الاجتماعية ککل وقد يرجع ذلک إلى وجود ارتباط طردي بين هذه الإسهامات وأنها جاءت معبرة عما تهدف الدراسة إلى تحقيقه.

Abstract
The study aimed to present  a suggested program from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work to activate social protection programs for people with hearing disabilities. The study questions were: what are the dimensions of the suggested program from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work which aim to provide social protection programs for people with hearing disabilities?
The study was an assessment study. A comprehensive social survey method was used for social workers and NGOs officials, who were (35) individuals, and a social sample survey for people with hearing disabilities, who were (146) individuals.
The required data were collected by the researcher through the following tools: semi-structured interview for social workers and NGOs officials , and a questionnaire for people with hearing disabilities.
The study showed that  there is a statistically significant direct correlation at (0.01) level between the effectiveness dimensions of social protection programs for people with hearing disabilities. (The reconciliation of social protection programs with the expectations of beneficiaries, the development of social protection programs for the benefit of beneficiaries, the ability of social protection programs to address and solve the problems of beneficiaries, and the ease of the procedures of benefiting from social protection programs; along with the effectiveness of the dimensions of social protection programs as a whole). This could be due to a direct correlation between these contributions which reflects what the study aimed to achieve.
