الآثار الايجابية والسلبية لجائحة فيروس کورونا على الممارسة المهنية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية وتصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية للتخفيف منها

ملخص الدراسة
تسبب تفشي فيروس کورونا الجديد (covid-19)  في أزمة صحية وانسانية عالمية لم يسبق لها مثيل مصحوبة باضطرابات اجتماعية واقتصادية واسعة النطاق شملت شتيء بقاع العالم حيث أدت جائحة فيروس کورونا إلى تعطيل النشاط الاقتصادي الاعتيادي للحياة اليومية فى جميع أنحاء العالم وقد اتخذت حکومات العالم تدابير صارمة لمنع تفشي هذا المرض وحماية الفئات الأکثر ضعفاً.
 والخدمة الاجتماعية کمهنة تتعامل مع قضايا المجتمع بما لديها من قدرة على التعامل مع الفئات المختلفة والعمل علي تقديم البرامج الوقائية والعلاجية والتنموية وبما تتضمنه من مهارات مختلفة . فهي تهتم بالأفراد والجماعات والمنظمات والمجتمعات وتساعد الانسان على تعزيز قدراته وتنمية موارده واشباع احتياجاته وحل مشکلاته بما فيها مواجهة الأوبئة والأزمات المختلفه ومنها وباء فيروس کورونا.
وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد الآثار الايجابية والسلبية لجائحة فيروس کورونا على الممارسة المهنية للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية المختلفة ، والتوصل الى تصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية للتخفيف منهاوتفعيل الممارسة المهنية للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية.
 وتنتمي الدراسة الحالية الى الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عمدية من الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية. وکانت أداة جمع البيانات استبيان تم توزيعه وجمعه باليد في أماکن عمل عينة الدراسة . وقدمت الدراسة تصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية للتخفيف من الآثارالسلبية لجائحة فيروس کورونا على الممارسة المهنية للاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية.

Abstract
The outbreak of the new corona virus (covid-19) has caused an unprecedented global health and humanitarian crisis accompanied by widespread social and economic disturbances that included things in the parts of the world as the Corona virus pandemic disrupted the normal economic activity of daily life all over the world and the world's governments have taken measures strict to prevent the spread of this disease and protect the most vulnerable groups.
Social work as a profession that deals with community issues with its ability to deal with different groups and work to provide preventive, curative and developmental programs and the various skills they contain. It is concerned with individuals, groups, organizations and societies, and it helps the human being to enhance his capabilities, develop thier resources, satisfy thier needs and solve thier problems, including confronting epidemics and various crises, including the Corona virus epidemic.
The current study aimed to determine the positive and negative effects of the Corona virus pandemic on the professional practice of social workers in various social institutions, and to come up with A suggested framework from the perspective of the generalist practice of Social Work to mitigate these effects and activate the professional practice of social workers in social institutions.
The current study belongs to the descriptive and analytical studies using the social survey method. The study was applied to a non-random sample of social workers in social institutions. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that was distributed and collected by hand in the workplaces of the study sample.The study suggested framework from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work to mitigate these effects and activate the professional practice of social workers in social institutions
