معوقات تطبيق الجودة في الخدمة الاجتماعية وأثرها على أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المستشفيات في محافظة جدة. (دراسة وصفية تطبيقية على الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المستشفيات بمحافظة جدة)

    يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق الجودة في الخدمة الاجتماعية وأثرها على أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في المستشفيات بجدة وذلک من خلال التعرف على مفهوم جودة الخدمة الاجتماعية في المستشفيات وکذلک التعرف على معوقات تطبيق جودة الخدمة الاجتماعية التي يواجها الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في ممارستهم لأدائهم المهني بالمستشفيات بمدينة جدة. وأيضاً اکتشاف أثر تلک المعوقات، ومعرفة إذا ما کانت هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة تجاه تلک المعوقات التـي تواجه تطبيق جودة الخدمة الاجتماعية بالمستشفيات بمدينة جدة تُعزى لمتغيرات (النوع – العمر – الحالة الاجتماعية – المؤهل الدراسي – عدد سنوات الخبرة).
     وتکونت عينة البحث من (87) أخصائي اجتماعي من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمستشفيات (مدينة الملک عبد العزيز الطبية" الحرس الوطني" -مستشفى شرق جدة -مستشفى الملک فهد العسکري -مستشفى الملک فيصل التخصصي). واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تمثلت أدوات البحث في أداة الاستبيان، وتم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS في معالجة البيانات.
      وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن الترکيز على فهم الاحتياجات النفسية والاجتماعية للمريض – بمستوى (موافق بشدة). کما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود لائحة خاصة بالقيم الأخلاقية الواجب الالتزام بها عند التعامل مع العملاء داخل المستشفى – بمستوى (موافق بشدة)، وکذلک أشارت الدراسة إلى أنّ الفريق الطبي يتکون من مجموعة من التخصصات من ضمنها الخدمة الاجتماعية، کما أنها تحرُص على تنظيم برامج تدريبية لتطوير عمل الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين، وکذلک أنّ شرح الاخصائي الاجتماعي الحالات الأکثر احتياجات للمؤسسات المانحة والداعمين لتوفير الدعم لهم. أيضاً بينت الدراسة أنّ إدارة المستشفى تعمل على التوفيق بين کافة الأطراف المهتمة بالعناية بالمريض وجودة الخدمة بمستوى (موافق بشدة)
     
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract
 
 
        The Research aims to identify the obstacles to the application of quality in social service and their impact on the performance of social workers working in hospitals in Jeddah. This is done by getting acquainted with the concept of quality of social service in hospitals. As well as identifying the obstacles to implementing the quality of social service that social workers face in their practice of their professional performance in hospitals in Jeddah. Also discovering the effect of these obstacles, and knowing whether there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study sample towards those obstacles facing the application of the quality of social service in hospitals in Jeddah due to variables (gender - age - marital status - academic qualification - number of years of experience).
       The Research sample consisted of (87) social workers from social workers working in hospitals (King Abdul-Aziz Medical City "National Guard" - East Jeddah Hospital - King Fahd Military Hospital - King Faisal Specialist Hospital). The research used the descriptive and analytical approach, where the research tools were represented in the questionnaire tool, and the SPSS statistical program was used to process the data.
       The Results of the study resulted in a focus on understanding the psychosocial needs of the patient - at a level (strongly agree). The study also found that there is a list of ethical values ​​that must be adhered to when dealing with clients inside the hospital - at the level of (strongly agree), and the study also indicated that the medical team consists of a group of specialties, including social service, and it is keen to organize training programs to develop The work of social workers, as well as that the social worker explained the most needed cases of donor institutions and supporters to provide them with support. The study also showed that the hospital administration is working to reconcile all parties interested in patient care and service quality - at a level of (strongly agree).
