الصحة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالاستغراق الوظيفي لدى معلمات المدارس الثانوية الحکومية بمدينة الرياض

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية (التماسک التنظيمي، وضوح الأهداف، الثقة والإبداعية) لدى المعلمات من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس الثانوية الحکومية بمدينة الرياض، کما هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد الاستغراق الوظيفي (الحماس، الإخلاص، الانغماس) لدى المعلمات من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس الثانوية الحکومية بمدينة الرياض، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة کأداة للدراسة طبقت على عينة عددها (١٥٢) قائدة.
أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي: جاءت استجابات أفراد الدراسة على محور درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية لدى المعلمات بدرجة "موافق"، وجاءت استجابات أفراد الدراسة على فقرات محور الاستغراق الوظيفي لدى المعلمات بدرجة موافق، أيضاً توصلت إلى أن هناک علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بين الصحة التنظيمية والاستغراق الوظيفي لدى المعلمات من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس الثانوية الحکومية بمدينة الرياض.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of dimensions of organizational health (organizational cohesion, clarity of goals, confidence and creativity) among female teachers from the point of view of the leaders of public secondary schools in Riyadh. Teachers from the point of view of the leaders of public secondary schools in Riyadh, the study used the descriptive survey method, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which was applied to a sample of (152) leaders.
The most important findings of the study are as follows: The responses of the study members came on the axis of the degree of availability of dimensions of organizational health among the teachers with a degree of "agree", and the responses of the study members on the paragraphs of the axis of job involvement with the degree of OK, and also found that there is a significant correlation relationship A statistic between organizational health and job engagement among female teachers from the point of view of the leaders of public secondary schools in Riyadh
