الفعالية التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الوظيفي للعاملين في إدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة الفيوم

الملخص:
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى: تحديد العلاقة بين الفعالية التنظيمية والإبداع الوظيفي للعاملين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة الفيوم، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، وتم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للعاملين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة الفيوم، وتم الحصول على البيانات من خلال تصميم مقياسين مقياس الفعالية التنظيمية ومقياس الإبداع الوظيفي (إعداد الباحثة) تم تطبيقهما على العاملين بإدارات رعاية الشباب وعددهم (128) مفردة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الفعالية التنظيمية (تحقيق الأهداف- الإنجاز والأداء- الرضا الوظيفي) والإبداع الوظيفي للعاملين في إدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة الفيوم، وخلصت الدراسة للتوصل إلى تصور مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتحقيق الإبداع الوظيفي في إدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة الفيوم.

Organizational Effectiveness and Its Relationship to Functional Innovation for Employees in Youth Welfare Departments at Fayoum University
 
Abstract:
The current study aimed at: determine the relationship between organizational effectiveness and functional innovation for employees in youth welfare departments at Fayoum University. This study belongs to the type of descriptive analytical studies, The organizational effectiveness and the measure of functional innovation (prepared by the researcher), were applied to the employees of the youth welfare departments, and their numbers was (128).
 
 The study concluded with: there is a positive direct and statistically significant relationship between organizational effectiveness (achieving goals - achievement and performance - job satisfaction) and functional innovation for Employees in youth welfare departments at Fayoum University, and the study concluded to reach a proposed vision from the perspective of the community organization method to achieve career creativity, In youth welfare Departments, Fayoum University.
