الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد المعوقات التى تواجه العملية التاهيلية للشباب متحدى الاعاقة الحرکية، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استمارة استبيان، وتم تطبيقها على (150) مفردة من الشباب متحدي الإعاقة الحرکية المستفيدين من مکاتب التأهيل الاجتماعي.
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة:
أن المعوقات التي تحول دون تقديم الخدمات المقدمة لتأهيل الشباب متحدى الإعاقة الحرکية لسوق العمل تتمثل في لا يتخذ الفريق التاهيلى الإجراءات الخاصة بحل المشکلات التأهيلية في الوقت المناسب- لا تتوفر المساعدات والقروض التي يحتاج لها ذوي الإعاقة لممارسة حرفة معينة- لا يتم عقد مؤتمرات دورية عن کيفية تطوير الإعداد المهني لذوي الإعاقة الحرکية- لا يتم العمل على تنمية الأداء المهني لفريق العمل بمؤسسات التأهيل المهني.

This study aimed to identify the obstacles facing the rehabilitation process for physically handicapped youth,
In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed and applied to (150) young people with physical disabilities who benefited from social rehabilitation offices.
Among the most important findings of the study:
The obstacles facing the rehabilitation process for physically disabled youth are represented in the following:

The rehabilitation team does not take measures to solve the rehabilitation problems in a timely manner .
The aid and loans that people with disabilities need to practice a specific craft are not available .
There are no periodic conferences on how to develop vocational preparation for the physically disabled .
Work is not being done to develop the professional performance of the work team in vocational rehabilitation  institutions.
