متطلبات التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية في إطار التعليم الهجين

الملخص:
يستهدف البحث الحالي تحديد متطلبات التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية في إطار التعليم الهجين، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطبيق أداة البحث على عينة مکونة من عدد (174) طالب بکلية الخدمة الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلي عدد (23) مفردة من الخبراء والمشرفين الأکاديميين ومسئولي التدريب بالکلية، وتم استخدام أداة قياس لتحديد متطلبات التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية في إطار التعليم الهجين، من خلال قياس مستوي المتطلبات المعرفية والمتطلبات المهارية والمتطلبات الفنية والمتطلبات التدريبية لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية في إطار التعليم الهجين، وأيضاً تم استخدام دليل مقابلة للخبراء والمشرفين الأکاديميين ومسئولي التدريب بالکلية، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلي ارتفاع   مستوي متطلبات التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية في إطار التعليم الهجين.

 Abstract  
The current research aims to determine the field training requirements for social work students in working with individual cases in the context of hybrid education, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the research tool was applied to a sample consisting of (174) students in the College of Social Work, in addition to (23) individual experts and supervisors Academics and training officials in the faculty, and a measurement tool was used to define field training requirements for social work students in working with individual cases in the context of hybrid education, by measuring the level of knowledge requirements, skill requirements, technical requirements and training requirements for social work students in working with individual cases within the framework of Hybrid education, and also an interview guide was used for experts, academic supervisors and college training officials, The results of the study indicated a high level of field training requirements for social work students in working with individual cases in the context of hybrid education.
